We have a sewage leak in our crawl space. Our insurance company recommended DWB. I called last week requesting an urgent quote and was assured I would be contacted first thing the following business day. After not hearing from them for 3 days, I called and was told they didn't have time to see us because the storms (that occurred days after we originally called) had caused damage in the area. Disappointing experience.

I could not be happier with this company. Their responsiveness and professionalism is top notch - and I'm quite picky. My new roof looks fantastic, and their crew cleaned up the job site perfectly.

This company used to be a good company with quick response and quality work. I had them back out for a small job and response time was terrible. They came out right away initially but I kept getting apologies as to why they wouldn't come to finish the job. When moving one of my appliances in the kitchen a control panel was broken off. They initially apologized and said they would take care of it then when they found out it was an older model and couldnt be fixed but had to be replaced, their solution was to put painters tape to hold it together and said sorry, that's all we can do. Be careful if you use this company. Get something in writing. I have a lot of pictures and they still dont care. Taking this to court would have been my only solution but now I just want to be done with this.

We have worked with Jeff, John, Jeremy, & Jenny for years. They provide quality workmanship and excellent customer service. They can get you back to normal quickly after a loss. Highly recommended!
