We have a sewage leak in our crawl space. Our insurance company recommended DWB. I called last week requesting an urgent quote and was assured I would be contacted first thing the following business day. After not hearing from them for 3 days, I called and was told they didn't have time to see us because the storms (that occurred days after we originally called) had caused damage in the area. Disappointing experience.
I will reference DWB to family and friends. They did an excellent job with remodeling my ceiling that was damaged from an old water pipe in my house.
