In 2010 we purchased a two story 4,200 square foot commercial building on the Texas Gulf Coast on Matagorda Bay, built in 1909. Over the next two years we restored the structure, including installing a Duro-Last roof. We have been very pleased with the durability and protection of the product. The roof is currently wind storm registered with the State of Texas. There have been zero problems with the roof including experiencing Hurricane Harvey in 2017. In our opinion Duro-Last manufactures the best roof you can install.
