Violet was very straight forward, informative, and trust worthy. She successfully assisted in approving our claim and assisted me in receiving more than enough to cover the damages. She made this all easy for us and without a doubt gained our trust.

Ty guided us through the entire process and made everything as easy as possible and once they started the work the entire job was done in less than a week! I would give Duration Exteriors 6 stars if I could. After my roof suffered hail damage, they were extremely helpful and efficient in getting everything taken care of for us. Throughout the process I worked with Stuart and Jake. They handled everything with my insurance company, which made things so much easier for me. The crew that worked on the new roof did an amazing job and it was all completed within one day. After the roof was complete, Aaron from Duration came over to repair parts of our facia that was damaged in the same storm. I was impressed with the attention to detail.

South Milwaukee had a hailstorm in May. Duration Exteriors, Jake and his crew did a fantastic job on a new roof, gutters, soffit and fascia and got our house painted all to perfection!! We had a great experience with Duration Exteriors. Peter assessed our buildings for hail damage, let us know what needed to be done, and gave us a timeline. We have a steep roof on a two story house with a separate garage. Work was done quickly and efficiently. The workers were polite, friendly and worked hard. Gutter guards had to be ordered separately, and they returned to install them-again quickly and efficiently. Peter returned after everything was done to look at the finished roof, and answer any questions. We were very happy with the work and workers. We would definitely use this company for future work, and recommend them and their staff to others. Thanks to all.
