DuraShield Roofing & Contracting - Milwaukee, WI

I highly recommend DuraShield for several reasons. First, they were low pressure throughout and continually focused simply on helping me. We ended up replacing our whole roof due to a hail storm in May 2024. Alex came through our neighborhood and offered to fly a drone to take pictures of any damage. The damage was clear and significant, and something I would not have discovered on my own without hiring someone to investigate it. Second, they were patient and helpful throughout the lengthy insurance claims process. Specifically, there was no pressure to go forward with them as the roofers, but they still continually offered support and resources to get us the best funding for the project from our carrier. Third, the actual roofing and gutter installation was painless and quick. Anthony led a crew of highly-skilled and thorough roofers, who worked long hours and completed the whole roof replacement quicker than the initial estimate. We particularly appreciated the professionalism throughout the process, including cleanup each night and making sure we had ingress/egress when needed. I was initially skeptical about replacing our cedar shake with the Da Vinci composite, but Alex talked me through the pros/cons and the final result is stunning.

I hope to never replace a roof again, but if I have to do so, I will absolutely use DuraShield again. I fully and unreservedly recommend them.

Had roof damage from a storm and wanted to find a company that could help us navigate the insurance company so that our repairs would get done right. Anthony met with us and went over everything that was going to be needed to get our roof repaired properly. Anthony then met with our insurance adjuster and made sure that both parties were on the same page with what it was going to take to get the roof repaired. What a WONDERFUL COMPANY to work with! Alex inspected our roof & took pictures of the damage. He was very knowledgeable in all aspects of what needed to be done. He even went with me to see the house with the color roof that I had in mind & followed up with more samples. The care that his crew took while doing the roof was AMAZING. They made sure to tent our home to protect our flowers and bushes, and they even recycle! The crew is a hard working team. They made sure to keep our yard neat & clean the young lady went around & around picking debris and with a magnet for any nails. We just can’t say enough of this company!

Our roof and the sheathing was becoming delaminated and had mold. The installation crew was incredible. They worked as a unified team. They knew how to apply the roofing materials and tools correctly to ensure a beautifully crafted roofing system. We had a large hail loss from 2020. Anthony W. from Durashield came out and inspected all 7 roofs of our 8 family unit condo buildings and found significant hail damage to each. After we settled with our Insurance carrier, we had Durashield compete the work this summer of 2022 of a total tear off of each building and the placing of new shingles. This process took about 3 weeks to complete. Communication between them and our condo association was stellar. We knew which building was going to be done and the timeline to complete. His crew was there from sun up until sun down working to get the new shingles on the roofs. The crew was very courteous to the Unit Owners during the process. Bushes, garage doors and entry ways were all protected. Every night they left, everything was cleaned up. Amazing!! This was a very large project and we are so grateful we chose the right roofing company to help us through this process. I would use them again and again.

Durashield replaced our storm damaged roof, skylights and gutters. Everyone we encountered were professional, responsive and friendly. We had a minor issue several months later and they responded to our email immediately and had someone on-site within a couple of days to take care of it. The team from Durashield did a great job from the initial coordination/negotiation with our insurance company (we had hail damage) through the installation process. Helped immensely in dealing with our insurer as they also noted damage to our siding. Work site was neat and clean up very good. Finally, Durashield was always very responsive to our questions and requests. We asked to have a couple of areas examined and they returned months after the job to assess and fix. We highly recommend.

I worked with the team at Durashield to replace my roof and gutters after big hail storm hit Cedarburg in April, 2020. Exceptional customer experience and would highly recommend. Just a super professional pain free process that took a stressful project & made it very easy.

Durashield does a really nice job marketing their business and after seeing their signs around town I was concerned at first they were just another “storm chaser” company. But did a lot due diligence including getting referrals from neighbors who had used them & discovered that they are just a super professional, capable & very well run operation from the top down with a real focus on integrity & high level customer service.

Worked directly with the owner, Anthony, who was incredibly patient & detailed explaining repair process and various options. Contract for the project was very complete and easy to understand. Cost of project was very competitive and fair based on multiple estimates I obtained from other contractors. I fortunately didn’t have any issues with my insurance company, but would have felt very well represented and protected if I had needed Anthony to help file and support a roof repair claim.

Durashield is an Owens Corning certified installer and after doing extensive research I felt very comfortable with their expertise and high quality of the shingles. Scheduling was super efficient and the installation crew was very professional and completed both the roof & gutter projects on a timely basis. There was a crew supervisor (Joe) who did a great job directly overseeing & inspecting the installation to make sure everything was done right. Excellent work with cleanup & next day reviewing the yard would not have known any work had been done. 7 months later & after some heavy wind storms our roof looks great.

Have worked with many good contractors on home projects over the years & my experience with Durashield was simply top notch. My experience with Durasheild was awesome. Alex and Anthony really know their business. After working with them I learned quite a bit about the claims process and how insurance companies pay claims. I’m definitely glad I had Alex and Anthony navigate that part of getting the roof replaced. The roof crew was impressive to say the least. I believe their were at least 10 to 12 guys who worked non stop and finished the job in just 1 day! I would definitely use Durashield again if I had to! A great company!

Adam was there the whole time the roofers were doing the work, just like he said he would. He made sure all of the paperwork was up to date, and if it wasn't, he made sure to work out the details. Very easy to work with. He was also very responsive to any questions. I would definitely recommend them.
