I was in a situation that required quick action so that I could get my house listed for sale. Steve jumped right in and fixed the issue. His concern was the fact that my style of shingle was no longer available and trying to match or come close to the color would be tough if not impossible. Great company! Brian is the king at communication, and if he said he will call you on Tuesday, he will call you on Tuesday. Once our insurance gave the greenlight, they scheduled our job on a Saturday. Brian was here a lot of the day making sure everything was going well. The crew worked tirelessly for 14 hours. they were very respectful of our property and did a great job at cleanup. Our roofs look great! The price was fair, spot on with our insurance company. We would highly recommend Duramax roofing.

We used Duramax to replace the roof of our house, huge barn, and two outbuildings. They also replaced the siding on our house. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We were treated with phenomenal care, and you just get that “gut feeling” that these people are trustworthy, good people (Brian, our rep & Steve, the owner). They demonstrated transparency and integrity the whole way through. I can hear Brian saying, “If it’s not raining, it’s game on!” They work diligently and don’t mess around. If I was roofing 100 houses I would use them for every one! On top of all that, we did get quotes from several different companies, and their prices were not the cheapest, but they got close! (And they were far from being the most expensive!)

I had my roof and gutters replaced completely out of pocket, which is a harder pill to swallow than letting insurance foot the bill, but I am extremely happy with the workmanship and final product.

From the first phone call until after the job was done Steve, the owner, was easily accessible and on top of everything.

Steve was up front and honest about what he would do, how his pricing would compare,, and how the crew would work. I felt comfortable that they were looking to do a good job, not just make a buck and move on.

We had to shift the original install dates around due to weather but instead of pushing it out, he moved it sooner. This is remarkable during the pandemic when everything is being pushed out further.

Steve was easy to get ahold of and answered all my questions throughout the install. They finished my roof and thoroughly cleaned everything across across 2 days. The gutters happened a week later and were done within a day and look great.
