Following conversations with 5 different roofing companies, we finally decided to go with Duracool Coatings. They dealt with our request diligently from the start and asked lots of questions to identify the best solution for a client of ours. Richard, the owner, was brilliant, very responsive and courteous.

Once the contract was signed, the work was scheduled to start within 2 weeks and the site was left in great condition. We are very happy with the results, we really felt we got the best value for our money. I would highly recommend!

We have had issues with our flat metal roof since we moved in 20 years ago. We've had several small repairs over the years but nothing solved our issues for too long. We had quotes for everything from repair to a $40k replacement. We had Duracool come up and clean, reseal and coat our roof. Not only did this cure all our leaks, we have spent less money on cooling this summer. It used to be that our AC system couldn't really keep up during the hot months (large metal building). But it's been so much better this year. Thanks Richard and the team for great work, great communication and a great price!
