Duke City Roofing Pros were AMAZING! They showed up on a Saturday morning after we spoke because there was rain in the forecast. They successfully patched the holes so the rain didn't continue to leak into my house and then came back several times to complete the job when the weather would cooperate. George was personable, reliable, and direct, and the pricing was very fair. With the silicone covering they put on my roof, I also get a 2 year warranty, and I am so grateful to have that peace of mind! I highly, highly recommend Duke City Roofing Pros for any roofing work you need done. If I could give them 10 stars, I would!

TONS OF ROOFING NAILS LEFT IN MY YARD!!! NEAR MY VEHICLE TIRES IS WHAT REALLY UPSET ME! I ASKED THEM FOR 3 DAYS TO CLEAN UP THE NAILS AND GARBAGE WHICH WAS LOTS OF OLD SHINGLES AND PAPER INCLUDING SOMETHING THAT LOOKS LIKE BLACK GLASS FROM THE ROOF NEXT DOOR! RUDE PEOPLE AND SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL!!! THROWING GARBAGE AND NAILS IN A NON CUSTOMERS YARD IS SO DISRESPECTFUL!

Quick response and quick delivery. I had no clue what I was doing and George took the time to break it down for me. George and his team went above and beyond even fixing my swampcooler on their own time. I highly suggest this company.

We scheduled with George on same day as our call, to come out 4-5pm but he didn't show up and when I called him 40 minutes past the appointment time, he was stuck on another job. We tried scheduling for the following day - scheduled for 2pm and he never showed, and never called. Very unprofessional, and definitely not appreciated since my husband had to take time off work and lost more than half a day's pay.

I live in a rental and my rental company reached out to them to check out our leaky roof so I called them and they came out that same day to help. They found out that the leak wasn't because of the roof and it was from the gutter overflowing into the holes in the stucco because of a mesh installed in the gutter (thanks rental company). Worked fast, cleared out the gutter, and I have had no problems since! Thank you again!!

DCRP were very professional, quick, and efficient with their work on my roof. I got several quotes from other companies, but didn’t receive customer service like I did from DCRP. As a first time homeowner and a single mom with not much knowledge on roofing options, the owner was always there to answer my MANY questions, never making me feel like a burden. The employees that worked on my roof were very polite. I definitely recommend them and very happy with my decision to get my roof fixed by them.

Duke City Roofing Pro's were a pleasure to work with! They were very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to get the roof in proper shape for the sale of our home. They explained everything clearly and thoroughly. Before and after pictures were provided. Workers were prompt, friendly and left the job site clean. Will definitely use them in the future.

Have used DCRP for new roof installations as well as roof repairs on personal home, rental properties and our business building. Also, George was kind enough to come out and inspect a roof on a home I was purchasing and asked for nothing. I am always cautious referring contractors to friends, family and associates but with DCRP I have no problem doing so because they care about their customers. Always a job well done and if there is any issues they are taken care of the right way.
