I have been Communicating for a week about chicks. I was texted at 1 pm today. Chicks were here early. I went to the store by 1:30. Was told they were not allowed to sell until 3:00 pm. I went back at 2:35 to wait in line. They were sold out. These people are not honest. I even offered to pay while I was there and was told no.
I was contacted by Customer Service later the same day and they apologized and we able to get me the chicks I was hoping to buy. Thank you for caring and making things right!
