Very unprofessional and rude customer service. I bought a vanity on yesterday and the loaders who were not trained properly did not load my vanity properly. Keep in mind, I asked the loader did I need an extra pickup truck for my vanity because I had other items that I had just purchased as well. He stated no, the vanity would be fine. As I was traveling home, the vanity falls from the back of my pickup truck and was damaged very badly. I immediately parked my truck and ran onto the highway to pick up all the pieces from my vanity that I had just purchased. I called the store and spoke to the store manager Chris who was vey rude and was not concerned with what had just happened at all. He didn’t even care to hear that I was a loyal customer and that his loaders had left my tailgate down and had sent me on my way. I will never and I do mean never will I give this store that does not value dedicated customers one cent of my hardworking earnings. They are unethical, unprofessional, with very displeasing attitudes.

I find it very odd that NO ONE cuts wood in this town. They are literally forcing you to drive to Lowe's in Batesville to purchase cut wood because they or True Value won't do it. Dude told us to hire a contractor to cut it. These contractors don't want to work in town, which is why I need to the wood.
