Had our roof reshinglined and chimney reflashed and the crew had the whole thing done in less than a day! Very professional and did a great job cleaning up all the debris and old shingle mess.

D&S Builders just finished a project at our home. They are simply superb. You will not find flimsy/poor quality material, cutting corners or inferior anything with this company. What you will get is an end product that is excellent in every way.

We were looking to age in place. Started with a very rough sketch of what we wanted - a room and a bathroom addition to the first floor. We wanted the bathroom to be wheelchair accessible just in case so that meant at least an ADA shower. They took our sketch and turned it into something i am totally in love with. They installed a pocket door between the new addition and the current house. The new bath was next to the existing house and wanted to save wall space so a pocket door was the solution. They had to figure out how plumbing and electrical would work to accommodate pocket door. They made it seem simple but am sure there was many a meeting between carpenter, plumber and electrician. They all worked and communicated well. We had wanted a tongue and groove ceiling which we would then paint, but they recommended a product that was whitewashed and it is the most beautiful ceiling. They installed a floating LIfeproof waterproof flooring though out the addition. The workmanship was of the highest quality. They were flexible with changes. Example - we had to remove a non operating window from a second floor bump out to accommodate for the addition. Instead of throwing that window out they adjusted the plan to incorporate it in the room portion of the addition with ease. The carpenter was very particular and precise. His work is perfection. There was an issue with the shower floor squeaking and the plumber resolved the issue quickly and without question. The electrician even thought of putting a light over the shower which i had not thought of and is a great idea.The crew were courteous and respectful of our Covid precautions requests. The work space was tidy and clean. I am so pleased with their work we are going to have them remodel the entire downstairs to be more open and rework the kitchen. I would highly recommend them.

I had this company build my deck five years ago. I was very happy with the quality and price. Five years later, there was an issue with the deck and the owner came out free of charge and fixed the issue. They stand behind their work. I have also used them for a roofing repair. Prompt service and good pricing. If I was building a home or doing a remodel, they would be at the top of my list for who I was using as contractor or carpenter.
