Shockingly disappointed with my inspection. Jeffery Campbell was beyond nice, very communicative, and spent a large amount of time at my home for the inspection; however, he made a commitment to complete my inspection ahead of the weekend, and I did not receive a complete and final report until 11:57pm the night my inspection period ended, 4 business days and 6 full days post inspection.

Jeffery did send radon and water tests as they became available, and a short preliminary version of the report ahead of time. I just do not believe he gave himself enough time to prepare the report for such a large home, and made a commitment he could not uphold.

We were not able to make an informed decision or leverage the results of the report with the seller for negotiation as we did not have a finalized report in time. Jeffery stated he sent us photos, but they were not in the drive, nor did he answer his phone the last two business days to discuss.

I would choose this inspection company for a small home, but not a complicated large purchase.

They were friendly, knowledgable, and willing to explain the process to me in terms I could understand. I would recomend them to anyone buying a home.

Jeff and Jeremy do an outstanding job of detailing and submitting photos of all the areas they are inspecting and explaining what they have found for deficiencies. Jeff and his partner doing the inspection did a thorough job inspecting an apartment building I am working to buy. Jeff walked me through the building and not only pointed out things I would have never noticed but also educated me in the process of why they were a problem. From the initial contact, to setting up payment, to performing the inspection with little notice, to providing a thorough and detailed report, Jeff has impressed me very much. Since I was not able to be present at the inspection, Jeff worked seamlessly with my agent the day of the inspection, was kind enough to say a few basic observations during the agents' videos to me, while also making a few videos of his own.

I am confident that the report is detailed and very helpful going forward with this process. I really appreciated the online ability to review the report and also create a 'issues' list of the areas I think might need to be addressed before closing; that was fantastic. I was also pleased with the services Jeff provides; I would have liked them to be even cheaper, but that's only because I'm cheap!! LOL

Bottom line, Jeff left me confident with purchasing the property, while still aware of things to address.
