Thank you, Dreamstyle Remodeling! I love my new Jacuzzi shower!

The entire installation was completed in just one day, which was impressive. The only small hiccup was replacing some fiberglass insulation, but a quick trip to Home Depot took care of it—no big deal.

The new shower is not only highly functional but also beautifully designed. I’m very pleased with the result!

The work deserves 5 star, it is the communication and the inability to contact anyone after the initial contract signing that is ridiculous. No matter how many times we called and left messages with the voicemail promise to call us back, we got nothing! Even tried texting but still nothing! We were not trying to cancel or had problems other than we need to reschedule the work. I advise you to proceed with caution!

3 window replacement. salesman/measurement tech would not measure my original windows on the outside to get true dimensions for replacement window to go into framed opening. Insisted on measuring on inside between sheetrock which wrapped around the interior opening. I told him a window built to that measurement would be too small and have space around it in the framed opening that would have to be filled, probably with expanding foam, which I did not want. He insisted the new windows would be perfect. Scripted replies "this is the way we do it", "we've done it this way for 20 years", etc.
Sure enough the windows he built were too small and the large spaces inside the framed openings were filled with expanding foam.
The too small windows created a set of problems with installation and finishing on the outside. Inside the install crew did a sloppy job leaving sheetrock damage, that the crew chief was not able to fix.
No response from the salesman or my "project manager" for 2 weeks after install, after I'd tried to contact both the day of the installation.
Finally, after I sent a long letter with photos detailing the mistakes in building the wrong windows, and all other subsequent problems, the company sent out the first honest and capable carpenter I'd encountered so far. He had read my letter and listened to me and did his best to correct and repair and finish the installation to the best of his ability, working with windows that were not correctly sized for my house.
I was just happy to be done with the project. I can live with what he was able to salvage from the botched project, with some final painting and cleaning up.

The installers were awesome polite respectful efficient and did a very good job.. all in all I'm very happy with what I got. Price could have been better I believe but then everything is like that now days. It is very good work and very nice material.

Overall experience was pleasant. The installation crew was professional and took the time to explain the process and finished in one day. The only disappointment was that they had forgotten to bring and install the shower curtain rod.

Tom is the best installer that Dreamstyle has. The day of the appointment Tom let me know what time he would be at my house was perfectly on time (this continued each day). When he got there he went over what he planned to do with the cabinets and answered all my questions with great detail and enthusiasm. Everyday that he worked he would walk me through what he did and asked if I liked it. One day I said I didn’t like a small thing and the next day he came back and addressed it right away. He told me “ you are a part of this project too, let me know if you don’t like something I want to walk away from this project with you and your family smiling”. At the end of each day he left the area very clean so we could still use our kitchen in the evening and by the end of the project it was cleaner than I left it for him at the beginning. Great Job Tom my family and I are very happy with your work and will enjoy it for many years to come. Keep up the great work and great customer service you provide. A-plus all around!!!

We placed our order through Costco. We ordered for 2 bathrooms to be completed, one upstairs and one downstairs. Once it got close to installation we figured out only one bathroom was scheduled. At this point the communication was terrible, we called to get this fixed and were given the run around. It probably took us about 15 phone calls to get this issue fixed, crazy. The upstairs bathroom went great, the downstairs was supposed to look identical. They came with the equipment, and we let them know it was not correct, they fixed the shower backing but the fixtures where still wrong. They told us they would order the correct fixtures and come back after received. That was several mounts ago and noting, we have also not received a final inspection for the downstairs bathroom. We defiantly expected more from a company working with Costco! We gave 2 stars because the upstairs went smooth, however the overall experience was not good.

The crew did a great job. However the hand held shower head does not work. I've been been waiting for someone to call me for 1 week, to let me know when they can come back to fix the problem.

I love my walk in shower. The team (Hector and Monica) were outstanding. I now can be assured in my old building, that the walls where pipes etc are, are not leaking and are stable. Hector was incredibly thorough, check every inch after installation, Monica vacuum, swept and mopped upon completion. Every piece removed they took away so I won’t have any conflict with my building maintenance.

I can't say if their remodeling services are any good, but my goodness these people are annoying. Their marketing efforts are downright offensive. I would never hire them, because if I did they would be bugging me until the day I die. Don't ever give these people any of your personal information if you want to protect your peace.

We had stucco done, then it began cracking. it took months for them to come repair just the cracks. Then another year or so for them to fix the re paint. Then the grass grew up in one area and pushed the stucco into a big bulge. Took six months for them to repair that mess. they also patched more cracks. The cracks that they went over were still patched. after a year or so they came back and re-stuccoed the entire house. In doing that they removed the awning mounted to the house, when reinstalling the awning.. it was done improperly so the fabric was tangled into the retractable awning. Then came 60 mile an hour winds, due to the fact that it was installed wrong, the wind does what wind does. So I have awning parts all over the yard. It is now un-repairable!
No one will call me back from the company. I try calling daily my voicemails keep getting ignored.
This stucco job has turned into a disaster. Dream Style keeps blowing us off. They need to replace my awning. and repair the damaged stucco. Don't deal with these people very unprofessional. Don't hold up to their promises. Very shitty workmanship. It doesn't matter who I email or call there is NEVER a response from these people. I just get blown off all the way around!

We had a shower remodel from Dreamstyle through Costco, and after the shock of the price I realized what a great investment this is. Not only do I have a beautiful CLEAN spa like shower made to my specifications but the husband and wife team who came to do the work were pleasant and professional and worked so hard to make things perfect. They fixed all the flaws from the previous shower, including a large hole in the flooring under the shower that went clear down to the ground outside where the mice apparently live. Gross!
The process took nearly an entire day and the workers never took breaks, not even for lunch. I am so appreciative of the hard work they put in and the lovely shower I now have.

The installers did a great job. They knew exactly what to do.. did not have to have different people coming in on different days to do the work they took care of everything. Plumbing ..installation.. etc. .

Sliding glass door lock broke in December it’s now July and still broken. They have come out 3 times! I’ve called and called customer service and no one seems to help my family get the door fixed. I don’t recommend that what so ever. Life time warranty is such a joke at this point. They will never fix my door it seems. 5k down the drain thanks dream style.

Frustrating and disappointing! We used Dreamstyle for a bath/shower "jacuzzi" remodel. Their customer service is non-existent. A salesman took our order and money, and then we waited six weeks for the order to be prepared. The installers were the best part of the experience. When they arrived, the first thing they did was review everything before starting demolition. This was good practice since we discovered that the order was structurally wrong (due to the ineptitude of the salesman). Getting anyone to assist from this point forward took me calling and emailing twice a week for the next 6 weeks. I ended up going to the corporate offices to see if someone would help. From there, I was passed off to two different people, neither of whom would return my emails or phone calls. Eventually, I was contacted by someone from an office from another state, to schedule my installation but who could not verify whether the order was corrected or not. Once the installation was finally completed (six months after our initial order), the product shower door has inferior construction. The installer said he would submit a trouble ticket and gave me two names to follow up with. I followed up via phone call and email and, again, no response. I do NOT recommend this company due to their lack of customer care. Each job should have a dedicated contact for customers to coordinate with on projects from start to finish. Dreamstyle clearly does not and it should not be so difficult to get an email or call back--even to say that they are not the right person for the issue. Do better!!!

The worst corporate entity I have ever dealt with. Salesman promised the moon and did not deliver. A week late in starting project, gave us a $500 credit for that and still trying to get that. It took 2 months to get Costco rebate cards after several phone calls.
They made an absolute mess of our house. Have drawers that have to be reset all the time because they don't close right. Never got care and maintenance instructions that were promise. That Costco concierge Aaron has been the only person to actually care and get things squared away. The install crew were very nice also but I will never do business with this company or it's sister companys again!

DO NOT use Dreamstyle remodeling. We spent over $10,000 on a bathroom remodel approximately 6 years ago. We have been trying to reach someone in warranty for no joke *3 months* at this point. I have called probably 10 times and every time, representatives have made promises like, "someone from warranty will be reaching out", "I will escalate your ticket", etc, etc...and we never heard from anyone. We also attempted to email them at the email that the owner continues to refer to in reviews here online and never received a response. These people will take thousands of dollars from you with the promise of honoring their 'lifetime warranty' and then never follow through on it. So, we now have a $10,000 plus shower that we currently can't use. My husband is a lawyer so at this point we are considering legal action.

Beautiful job done on our shower by two-man crew who worked straight thru lunch to get the job done. Both young men asked us for our preferences on positioning hand bars. When finished that cleaned up the work area and had us check that all was to our satisfaction. Great work ethics from young men.

Quality products, terrible installation, and customer service. We had a bathtub shower installed that we had some problems with and reached out for options to correct it and were ghosted for 2 months until someone finally called and offered some solutions but then never followed through. We’re still waiting and wondering if we’re going to have to spend a fortune on a product that was not promised.

I had paid for my remodel in advance and it took them months to get back to me and finally come out to install it. Once they got there though the installation went smooth and they did an amazing job in one day. I had to deal with their upper management and they had been going through a transition so my account fell through the cracks because of the turnover. I would say if you are not on a timeline and can wait months and months then go for it.

I've contracted for 3 projects by Dreamstyle Remodeling. The first 2 were done very nicely and very promptly between 2021 and 2023. This year's project took a long time to complete, and after more than 2 months, I was calling and texting, and spoke with their admin and sales rep, but no callbacks after a cancellation.
1st Update: Dreamstyle replied to this review, told me to email them, then DELETED the reply. No response to the email after 3 business days.
2nd Update "Owner" just replied again with contact information, instructing me to get in touch. Here's the response:

Dreamstyle does good work and has quality products, but I can't recommend them until they get their scheduling and response activity sorted out.

1 Star – Completely Unreliable and Unresponsive – Avoid at All Costs

If I could give Dreamstyle Remodeling zero stars, I would. We have been waiting over six months for them to fix a sunroom window they improperly installed in our kitchen, which has resulted in water damage to our drywall. This issue has been ongoing since November, and despite multiple promises to address it, no one has returned our calls or followed through.

They acknowledged the poor installation and the damage it caused but have done absolutely nothing to make it right. It’s now June, and we’re still staring at a water-stained wall and warped drywall every day — a direct result of their shoddy workmanship and total lack of accountability.

The customer service has been appalling. We’ve been ghosted for months, and no one seems to take ownership or provide a timeline for repairs. This is not just bad service — it’s a complete failure of responsibility on Dreamstyle’s part.

If you’re considering using Dreamstyle Remodeling, don’t. Save yourself the money, time, and massive headache. Find a company that actually stands behind their work — this one clearly doesn’t.

Cost 15K, poor workmanship, poor customer service. Our new shower remodel is still missing the shower roof. After 8+ calls to Dreamstyle someone was supposed to come today to complete but never showed up. It’s been 4 weeks since the project was started and I still can’t use my shower. Poorly sealed, poor placement of grab bar, concrete that was removed got replaced with sand and does not feel solid when standing on it. Very disappointed. Every minute a sucker is born and this time it was me. They also chipped a floor tile and broke the sliding pocket door. Nothing dreamlike about working with this company.

The installers were very kind and professional, they showed us any issues they found and explained how they were going to fix them. They worked hard and it was a very full day (13 hours) but they completed everything. We are very happy with the shower and the esthetic of it. When we ordered they said 8 weeks but we got it in 4 so we were very happy with that. Thete were lots of options to choose from to really customize which was a plus.

Be mindful when you share your concerns. You may get a kind response or deal with gaslighting and passive aggressive personalities which I experienced approval of this when voicing to upper management.
So much for setting a “higher standard” lucky they had a second guy who must be use to deescalating others when they decide to try and minimize you when you start to ask questions and/or get clarity. I tried to come from a place of understanding knowing they worked a 12-hr day, but the justification to be outright rude is not acceptable.

Great experience- until it wasn’t. I justified paying more because I thought the experience would be top notch.

Costco might need to revisit who they partner with if they want to maintain credibility.

Outstanding hardworking craftsman , they work long days and delivered the project in 3 days as promised. When presented with a base floor of four inches of concrete, it took them many hours, but the pushed through. I would hire this company and these two workers any time again. The finished product exceeded our expectations.

The salesman that met with us was very knowledgeable and didn't pressure us at all. The installers were very nice and professional. They kept me informed throughout the process. Very pleasant experience. Had initial consultation nd placed order on April 17th. Was contacted as promised a month later and installation scheduled for May 15th. Installer arrived at 0930 and had the job completed expertly in 7 hours. This was exceptional as he was by himself and this involved complete removal of old tub, all fixtures, and walls stripped down for installation of the new shower enclosure and fixtures. See picture for details. Jobsite was kept clean throughout the work time and completely cleaned inside and out when job completed. Very satisfied!

We completed a design and build project for two bathrooms with Dreamstyle. We signed the contract in January 2023, but the work didn't begin until July 2023. It was estimated to take 4-6 weeks. After about 12 weeks (October 2023), the bathrooms were usable, but the tub was not properly installed in the primary bathroom and there were cosmetic issues with the niche in the kids' bathroom - it was at least 6 more months (April 2024) for those concerns to be fixed. In August of 2024, we identified 3 specific repairs that needed to be made and were under warranty. After a month, they sent someone to the house. I took off work, thinking that this person would make the repairs, but he spent only 5 minutes in the house documenting and taking pictures. We were then ignored for several more months. No returned phone calls or emails. Dreamstyle sent a new person to look at the needed repairs at the end of March 2025. He made one repair and then took pictures of the other concerns and said we would hear from Dreamstyle in 2 business days with a plan for the repairs. Once again our phone calls and emails have been ignored. I emailed the customer satisfaction email address I found in the replies to other online complaints on May 1 and have not received a reply. I do not recommend doing business with Dreamstyle. We paid a premium price because we valued the 5 year warranty. They continue to ignore our requests for repair work and therefore the warranty is useless.

UPDATE - 5/15 - I emailed the customer service account again and still have not received a reply.

UPDATE - 5/16/25 - Dreamstyle called! Repairs scheduled for June. Hoping it will be actual repairs. Will update after.

UPDATE - 8/7/25 - The June appointment was changed from the 19th to the 23. The person who came out was able to repair the glass door, but said they'd need to order the replacement jet for the jacuzzi tub. This is the same part/repair we have been requesting for many many months. I have called several times since the June appointment to follow-up. The coordinator just tells me she will send another email follow-up. Will this ever be fixed?

Got a new walk in shower installed in 7 hours!!! It is perfect and exactly what I asked for. The installers were professional, super knowledgeable, efficient and neat!! I can not recommend them any stronger then if you need work call these guys they are hands down the best! AND warranty for life!!

We spent $20,000 on a handicap accessible walk in shower with a lifetime warranty through the salesman, Chris Goimaric 2 years ago and had to have the seat repaired because it wasn’t installed properly in January 2025. The repair man came from ABQ but dismissed the issue with a reason that the seat was only 1/8th of an inch from the wall stud and it was just a little “mistake.”
We reached out to Lonnie Hernandez to ask if we could get some sort of compensation on the price, to no avail.
About 3 weeks ago, the turn on/turn off valve broke and we were guaranteed by Haylie Sanchez that someone would be here in Farmington, NM on Thursday, April 10th at 1:00pm. No show, no call! I called yesterday on the 10th and today, April 11, 2025 and left messages with Ms Sanchez and Dustin, TO NO AVAIL! ABSOLUTELY NO COMMUNICATION WHATSOEVER!! I’m disabled and desperately need use of my shower and expressed that in my message to Ms Sanchez! My husband, Joe Hernandez and myself are demanding fulfillment of the warranty immediately. If we don’t receive a call by Monday, April 14, 2025, we will seek legal recourse. We are not going to email your customer support as we have already spoken with Lonnie and Ms Sanchez. Extremely disappointed with your company and do not recommend that anyone get sucked into your “quantity over quality” obvious policy!

I have been reading the reviews of past customers and know we are in for it considering we are already having issues with them and it has been 2 weeks since they started our shower project. They demolished and left and never returned or called to let us know when they would return. When we call our subbosed "contacts" Lonnie or Haley, they never answer or return our calls after we leave voicemails. I called the main line and the people answering the phone said they would create a warranty case number and we would get a call in 3 to 4 days. Never received a call so I called back and all they did was transfer me to Lonnie who NEVER ANSWERS THE PHONE. This has been an absolute nightmare already and I know it will only get worse based on what I have read in the reviews. We went through Costco and were hoping this would go smoothly considering they tend to care about customer satisfaction, but Dreamstyle is truly awful. I would hope whoever responds to these reviews actually does something to resolve and rectify these issues people like ourselves are having. I am assuming if I email the customer satisfaction email address they provide in their response, I won't hear anything back because that's the only thing that they have been reliable with. Their complete LACK of communication and terrible customer service.

Have called numerous times for replacement vent latch locks. No call backs, no response. Case number is 32403. People don't like being lied to. I know the ultimate goal is to have me buy the parts myself. If you don't stand by your product then maybe you shouldn't be in business.

Had our windows replaced 2 years ago. When talking to the salesman I made it clear, that I was looking for windows to cut down on the noise of the racing cars on a main street behind us. (Mind you the street in question is several streets and 2 developments away) He said that their windows would greatly cut down on the noise. Well that was a lie. These windows are worse than the ones we replaced. I can hear every loud car like if I would have the window open. I can hear the cars now, while writing this review.
The screen taps have became brittle and are busted from the sun betting down on them.
We are currently looking to have them replaced again, but with a different company. Will definitely not use Dreamstyle again.

Dreamstyle is a joke. We did a new shower back in October, and the messed up the water lines. I have no hot water in my kitchen and hot water in my toilet. They came out and the workers were a joke. They wouldn't wait for the water to drain to fix it and put the panel back up and said when I had a real shut off valve to call them back. I have called and left 7 messages and know one will call be back. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone . The worst customer service that I have ever seen.

I started a cabinet refacing project through Costco and the contractor is Dreamstyle. This was my 3rd project through Costco and the other 2 vendors were excellent. I was expecting the same customer service with this company. Unfortunately this has not been the case. The communication does not exist. They started the installation on 10/01/2024. There were 6 doors that had to be reordered. After several unanswered calls/messages in November, I was finally contacted to have someone come out in December to install the doors. The order was incorrect. When I called in January 2025 to get a status, after several calls I was contacted only to find out the reorder was never placed. After calling on the status in February I was called and given an appointment for 2/17/2025. No one showed up. I made 3 calls to the company to see if they were still coming and have not received a call back.
I am at a loss. I’m not sure where to turn next
I do want to mention that the installers that were sent to the house were all hard workers and professional. Too bad the rest of the company is not.

Never use 'Dreamstyle remodeling' for the last 4 years I've had to put up excuses about the 1 days job, never being finished. They put a lean on my home. Learn from my mistake, being a disabled veteran. These people in Albuquerque enjoy screwing people less fortunate. First home and I still got screwed.

Yet here I sit continuously reporting them for lying to people about their job ethics. Their job left unfinished and created black mold. Can not use the handicap shower. If I had the financial ability , I'd create a class action law suit, so they couldn't take advantage of more disabled veterans or anyone else for that matter.

Not happy with service at all. Me and my wife bought 2 shower upgrades about 4 to 5 years ago. About 6 months to a year after we noticed mold growing on ceiling. We have tried to contact them about a service request several times with no response. No only that, but they have no record we ever bought shower upgrades in their system. This company does not care about it's customers.

We had a bad experience with Dreamstyle. We went thru Costco for a Jacuzzi bath/shower remodel. We have had a few other home projects thru Costco and the companies they use locally for those projects. We trusted Costco and until this project have never been disappointed, expectations were met. BY FAR this was the worst experience. Bad scheduling, bad communication and excuses, just to name a few of the problems and stress with this project. Nothing was as promised. I waited to write this review until the project was done, a month plus after promised. We are 95% happy with the end result, but if we could do it over again we would NEVER choose Costco and Dreamstyle. The only saving grace in this experience was the ONE installer on this large project, Hector. HE, Hector was professional and he did a good job, Hector sincerely cared, the only one with this awful company. HE gave us confidence that the project would turn out ok. HE did what was expected of HIM, we’re grateful for him. I am in the process of letting Costco know of our bad experience in the hope that they will use a better company to represent them. DO NOT trust this company. Do your homework, we trusted Costco.

I have been trying to get a window replaced that I broke. I have been trying for 3 months to get this resolve to stay in my warranty. Yes this company is Albuquerque, NM and I am in El Paso, TX. Since building my sunroom they have replaced another window prior to this one. Now it has been 3 months and still have not been scheduled for replacement. Buyer beware.

I definitely do not recommend purchasing from this business. We ordered our (million dollar) shwr in April, it took months to have it installed and now that it's been installed We can't even use it. During the time we were waiting for it to be installed We got the run around with Russell, Mohammed and Hailey. They do not answer calls or return calls. The only person that I would give a 5 star to would be the installer Hector. As of now we are STILL waiting on the tech to come and fix the cold water issue.

If I could give zero stars, I would. My mother's house was stuccoed by Dreamstyle in April 2019. In July 2022, she notified them the stucco is cracking and peeling all around the house. It is now October 2024 and she is still waiting for them to fix it. Emails go unanswered and it is impossible to speak to anyone who is actually in Albuquerque or who is able to help. I tried initiating a "service ticket" and was told it would take 1-2 weeks for someone to even call me back. This company is great when they're trying to upsell you but once it comes to the their quality of work and warranty coverage, they completely avoid and forget about you.

UPDATE: It has been 7 months since Dreamstyle responded to this review asking us to contact them. We did and still nothing has been fixed. Now when I email the person who was supposed to help us, I get an error message that the email is no longer in service and none of the other people copied on the messages have bothered to follow up.

Im writing on behalf of my parents who had a shower installed in 2022. The shower which is made of cheap plastic cracked and my mom has tried to get the company to come and fix the shower. The work was done in El Paso Texas and the representatives here have come and taken pictures of the damage but will not call her back or take her call about fixing the cracked shower panel. They spent $14,211.00 on the shower remodel to no avail. I have tried to contact the manager in Albuquerque and he will not return my calls. This company seems to take advantage of elderly folks and not provide the warranty service that they promise you upon completion of the work they do. I'd recommend looking for a more reliable contractor who stands by there promises. This company is definitely a buyer beware outfit. Do your research before hiring these scammers!

I went with Dreamstyle in 2019, because they advertised mold resistant drywall, the latest in bathtub material, and the overall price, while higher than I would have wanted, seemed to be reasonable, considering the work to be done: new floors, new plumbing, new shower/tub, vanity, toilet, etc. The lifetime warranty was also a good selling point.

The shower walls cracked twice on separate occasions, leading to two separate replacements, until they came up with a more resistant wall material. The new walls are thinner than the original, so the line where the old walls covered is undesirable on the ceiling. They scuffed the ceiling paint as well. They installed a moulding on the sides, but didn’t measure the pieces correctly, so that looks unfinished. They also managed to scratch the tub in a few places, but did not have a person trained to repair it at the time. Both the moulding and the scratches were something they promised to fix, but never did.

The plumbing has been a nightmare from the off. The shower and tub faucet were fine before the install, no leaking. Since the install, the water comes from both faucets, no matter which I use, resulting in a great loss of water. This singular problem has occurred repeatedly, more often recently, than at the start. But I’ve had to have them out on multiple occasions to fix the same problem, but it just starts over again within a few uses. This last instance began in August and I have yet been able to get someone out here to fix it.

They keep using the same method to fix it every time. At this point, it must be apparent that the actual plumbing installed, was done incorrectly or the brand of faucets used is not up to par, but I can’t get them to investigate it. They’d rather just send a plumber every time.

I keep calling Haylee Sanchez, the person I was told to contact. She called me back once and said she’d look into it, that was September 17th. I haven’t heard back, not even when I call to ask for an update. I’m a patient person, I’ve had other things to work on over the summer, so I didn’t have time to hold this company’s hand to do their job. But I’ve had enough. It’s November.

If you do decide to use this company, don’t go for the first offer, they will go down in price and that is all you should pay. You certainly don’t get your money’s worth in the long run, unless you can take care of these problems yourself. I was lucky in the first couple years, because they actually had someone there that cared about client satisfaction, but they let him go. I recommend hiring a trusted local handyman or doing it yourself, rather than deal with the headache of Dreamstyle.

If I could get my money back, I would.

Benny R. visited our home in NM and did a wonderful job installing our bathtub and walk-in shower. Quality work in an efficient manner. They ran into some problems from the original builder, but were able to overcome without significant delays or problems.

The best part of my dreamstyle experience was my salesman Gabe Torrez. I shopped for a year debating, swimming pool vs swim spa. I went to every spa joint in town. Not gonna lie I was skeptical about dreamstyle. When we walked in Gabe treated us like family. We went back and forth numerous times and he never pressured me to make the sale TODAY. 6 months of debating and we purchased our swim spa from Gabe.
3 years with our spa and I still visit gabe for all my chemicals, cleaning and and general advice. Honestly Gabe Torrez is the reason we went with Dreamstyle.

We paid to get both of our bathrooms remodeled. It takes about three hours to hear their pitch, in which they promise you the moon. Do not believe them. We paid $30,000 for both shower redos. Do not believe the no mold/mildew pitch. You still get mold and mildew. We have a second story house. Their poor plumbing left both showers leaking into the bottom floor ceiling. They promised 3-5 days it took a month!!! Now one of our faucets is not working properly and our shower does not turn on. It’s still under warranty but they scheduled a repair and then canceled the appointment and now they are not returning my calls.

Bought my windows from them. Installation & stucco went really good. Excellent workers.
But now that I keep calling to get a window replaced because it cracked, no luck. I’ve been reaching out for a month and a half with no luck. I would have more respect for the company if they told me they are under staffed, instead, every time I call, they say they will call me within 24 hours. They even offered to add me to a private chat. Bull, still waiting and no word from them.

Windows were installed at our house on June 11, 2024, and June 12, 2024. Carmine stated the job would only take two days. It did not take 2 days, and is still not complete as of today.

1. Some of the screens were torn or broken when installed. It is ridiculous to first of all, not check the screens upon receipt by your company to ensure there's no damage before installing, but then for the broken screens to be installed, that is even worse. Doesn't their company have any pride in the windows and screens they install? They screens were taken back for repair on 6/12/24, but I have yet to hear back from their company about when the screens will be replaced at our home.

2. A latch was broken on the window that was installed in the main bedroom. No one from Dreamstyle noticed or checked the windows before they left to make sure all latches, etc, were working. Again, more proof of lack of pride and professionalism. Someone finally came to fix the latch 2 weeks ago and only because I kept inquiring about it.

3. The stucco took 2 weeks to complete instead of 2 days to install the windows and stucco. Again, I had to call the company about returning to finish the stucco. There was no communication from Dreamstyle about when an employee was going to return to finish the stucco.

4. I've been trying to find out for over a month about when the screens will be replaced. I keep getting the run around.

5. The latches on the window in my bedroom are no longer working. I tried calling Louisa on 7/8/24 about the window not locking, only to find put she's no longer an employee of Dreamstyle.

We are not happy with the service or lack thereof that we've received from Dreamstyle. We will NEVER recommend your company to anyone else. In fact, my family and I have decided to post on our social media account to our thousands of friends/followers about how horrible our experience has been with Dreamstyle.

I am fed up with their lack of professionalism and customer service.

They installed a shower in my mom’s house, it has a seam, and it should have been one whole piece. Also a crack on one of the panels. We have contacted them 20+ times and got. I thing but the run around and empty promises. Very very unfortunate, definitely would not recommend.

Nancy and I want to share our excellent experience with ERIC MANCIA of Dreamstyle. We had our house re-stuccoed in May of this year (2024) and it is considered a large job by the size of the house; ERIC was the project/crew manager and he was the best manager we have ever worked with. We feel Dreamstyle has a real gem in Eric; he managed a large crew on a daily basis, addressing our concerns and keeping everything on track and on schedule with the crews. It went so smoothly and he was the biggest part of the operation in keeping everything on track and done well. He is honest and trustworthy; pointed out anything to us that he had a concern with so we could make decisions and sign off; he has a can-do attitude. He was always available and reliable. Also, courteous and friendly. He did the final sign-off in person for the entire job and we were so pleased with him. He has incredible potential as a manager, as well as great people skills in coordinating the needs of the customer as well as keeping the crew on track. Thank you so much Eric! It was a privilege to work with him and he represented Dreamstyle so favorably, he is an asset to his bosses and company too. It was a job well done and our house looks fantastic.

I entered a contract to have my roof replaced for $40,000. The price is pretty high, but the warranty was good so I signed the paperwork. I was very clear with the sales person that I needed a timeline for this project as soon as possible as I have solar panels that will need to be removed. Several weeks later someone showed up at the house and asked my wife how we like our new roof. She told him that the project had not been scheduled yet and he needed to call me. The man lied to my wife and said that they had been trying to contact me for awhile. Like everyone else in the world my phone logs all my calls and no one has been trying to contact me. I called the main office and spoke with my project coordinator who had no idea what was going on, but would look into it. He called back and said that the crew was going to do the project the next day. I informed him that could not happen because no one had ever scheduled the project with me and the solar panels are still on the roof. The coordinator then told me that the sales notes clearly state that the solar panels had already been removed. The salesman was at my house, did he think that the very obvious solar panels on the roof were decorative? The coordinator then told me "Well now we are waiting on you, let us know when you take care of things and we will schedule your project". The only reason I am moving forward with this project is because I don't have a choice. I have no faith that this project will workout in the end. This company has $40,000 that I have to repay the loan for and they can't even operate a phone. No communication between each other, and no communication with me. Save yourself the headache and go with another company. We will also be doing new windows soon, I have no idea who we will contract for that project, but I do know one company we will not be considering.

Another update! Here we are July 2025: and my project is still not completed! This has been 5 years already. I feel for the customers that have posted similar reviews because when you go to their central office they have you talk to someone else each time and the one time we stated we were filing a lawsuit if stuff was not getting completed the director told us to do what we needed to do and that we wouldn’t get far but considering they are beyond breech of contract. I got the state involved and surprising it did not pass inspection and the no permit were pulled until March/April of this year. Then was told by their own project managers that they found out that the stucco that was installed on the home was a bad batch, so instead of taking off the bad batch they just want to go over it like a band aid. Horrible company and lazy workers. Save yourself some headache and stress and hire someone else to do the work because this company does not hold up to any standard.

Good luck with your stucco project! Ours is going on 4 years now and it’s still not completed. There finance company did a charge off on my credit report and caused my score to drop over a 100 points. I told them the job was not done, but the finance company said that they show it was completed I told them I could show you where the job is not completed I still have a wall that is a different wall it’s just the cement! There’s cracks everywhere! They never pulled a permit and I finally allowed them to and they still haven’t done that this company is the worst!

@Lisa Alden I feel your pain I have been in an ongoing struggle with this company. They started a job at my home going on about 3 years now and is still not completed. Yet they are wanting me to pay for a job that is not completed and has been damaged. I have also had to get an attorney involved because I have not received any form of response and they are trying to get around to not finish their job but yet have received payment for. This company is the worst. If you like I can give you my attorney information which he also has another case against Dreamstyle seperate from mine.

Having stucco done was fast, and came out great. I'm very happy with every thing from Brandon Furek to the crew. Thank you Dream Style. Dream style just finished 3 windows for my home, they look great. I know the winter season won't effect me this time. The workers were great and effective. I also had my bathroom redone by Dream style, my shower is amazing and I love it. The crew did such a wonderful job on my home. Thank you Dream style. You're great and you will be the one I call whenever I need anything.
