Archuleta Restoration and Remodel

Archuleta Restoration came out to give a quote, the gentlemen who came to look at the house ran in to my concrete/stucco mailbox destroying it! I never heard back from then regarding providing repairs or compensation for my destroyed property AND never received the quote for needed work! Obviously, not a stand up company and cannot recommend.

The team for remediation of water and related water damage was top notch! They were timely, detailed and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend that team for remediation.

While much of the remodel was done well, particularly the new floor installation, the painting and finishing touches were very amateur (thresholds installed poorly, cabinet face and edges were damaged, base boards were broken or scratched and painted over, etc.). It’s been four months and the two people I was working with on this were not able to find the time to come by, despite making plans and promises regularly to do so.

Working with Archuleta Restoration has been an absolute delight. Franklin, Mark & Drew are all experts in their Feild. I hope we have a long relationship. Cheers!

Came home from vacation to several inches of water in my home. The Las Cruces branch of Archuleta showed up within a few hours ready to work and help save my home. Great knowledge, professionalism and work ethic. Would 100% recommend!!

This is the most wonderful experience I have ever had with a company. I had a pipe under my slab that broke. The floor contained asbestos . So an abatement had to be done.. They are there when they say they will be, they come in do their work with expertise and clean up after themselves. They are professionals. They keep you informed of delays and updates. Dealing with Franklin,Leo, David, and Mark has taken an incredible stress off my shoulders. They are detail oriented, and make sure everything is top notch. They had issues to redo that the plumbers did not complete properly, and never batted an eyelash. I am so impressed with them! My new floor is gorgeous! Almost complete. I have already recommended them to family and friends. I sing praises about them

Had someone out to get the details on my home in order to look into expanding. Was told I would get a quote the next morning. The next morning came, crickets. I text this person for an update, and they said they were working on it. Almost 2 weeks later crickets. Seems like I had the same experience as another person on here. Really unprofessional to be honest. I'd look elsewhere if I were you, especially if you are throwing down thousands of dollars.

I had flooding in my kitchen and dining room from a leaking faucet outside. After it was fixed I asked "what do I do now?" Archuleta was recommended so I called. This was on a Saturday afternoon. I left a message and 10 minutes later Wade called me back. After hearing the problem he came right over. He couldn't have been more polite, kinder, sympathetic, and fast working. Thank you Wade.

Recently my mom had a giant water leak. She called these guys and they sent a man named Wade right over. She's told me how impressed she was with him so many times that I just had to come online to say thank you! What a great feeling knowing my mom was taken care of. Thanks, Wade!

Well, it started out with a good conversation. I am in Albuquerque, but they said they do work all over NM. So they sent a rep to my home, had another good conversation about the job. Maybe the job was too small though? I was told I would get a quote in a few days. It has been almost 2 weeks with no word. Ok, movin on.

We are still going through a water leak and mold problem in a NEW construction house, but so far these people are professional, responsive and knowledgeable. We had a re-occurance of a water leak on Christmas Eve and these were the only professionals to come out on Christmas Eve when snowing! So far, so good. I highly recommend Archuleta for your water damage/mold remediation needs.

We worked with Wade from Archuleta Restoration from out of state, and I have to say we were very pleased with the communication and work that was accomplished. We trusted his crew to get the work done in a timely manner, which they did. I would highly recommend them for all of your needs.

Archuleta Restoration was very helpful when our house flooded in August, 2018. They were here promptly and removed the water within 2 hours, preventing any further damage that was sure to occur but for their prompt efficient attention. Great local business that I highly recommend.

Our preschool had a flood and Archuleta restoration came in immediately cleaned up all the water damage and left the place spotless. Their team was professional and quick to clean up the mess. We had extensive water damage to a second home. Even though we were not able to be on site during all of reconstruction, we were in good hands. Their remediation and general contracting work was exceptional with close attention to detail, and this comes from someone who can be very demanding. They were quick to address any questions and concerns and were prompt, efficient, and caring. I recommend them without reservation. You will be in good hands. To bad I can only give 5 stars. They deserve 10.

Wonderful people and great customer service, they take time to explain the problem and offer solutions, I highly recommend Archuleta restoration and remodeling for any project, My problem was water under moms mobile home, they take care of the problem and make sure everything was properly dry!! (SUPER HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE ) completely satisfied with their team, super polite and knowledge thy really know what they are doing!! It is not easy to find people like the (ARCHULETA TEAM ).

As a property manager Mr. Archuleta completed multiple restoration/remediation jobs for me. He is timely, listens and the quality of work was excellent. Estimates were clear and price was better than competitors. Rare to find in this line of work.

I was billed $800 for a mold remediation that never took place. No mold experts ever appeared. Their wallboard men put wallboard over the part of the wall they said needed "spot treatment." A steep price to pay for an hour of work. I've sent the company at least five emails, called innumerable times, and I've received no response except to be told I still owe $800. Apparently they want to charge me for their "free estimate," and categorize it as "emergency inspection."
