The customer service in this store is awesome. People actually care and approach a customer and actually have the knowledge to find product and to get the job done.

I just got my key fob for my car programmed here! I wouldn’t have thought Ace would do that but it worked and at the fraction of the cost that the mobile locksmith was going to charge.

Extremely helpful workers here. Excellent customer service! The best little fix it shop in town. You really can find nearly everything you need here.

I own a small cleaning business amd was purchasing alot of my cleaning products from this location. Although, the employees are friendly, they dont seem to know where certain products are located. Also, any of the products that are a liquid/ cream based, obviously have been on the shelves for far to long because, they never mix to their original form even after shaking them vigorously.

Every time I go in this store I am greeted right away and offered help immediately to help find what I'm looking for. The employees are always friendly and they always have what I'm looking for.

It's great to have a mom and pop store nearby and close to home. Even though Ace Hardware is a corporate franchise. I still appreciate the service and the convenience. And the people who work are always nice and helpful.

I bought keys (yes, they worked first time), drywall cornerbead, and a sharpie. Im doing a small commercial TI job in Belen, and this little big shop has saved me from driving 30 minutes out of my way to get parts and supplies. A gem in the desert!

I went in for a chainsaw, and was helped by Joseph, who also does chainsaw repair. He went over the machine’s operation, the maintenance cycle, and made sure the chainsaw would run without problems before I left. It reminded me of the hardware stores I went to with my folks in the eighties. Highly recommended.

A great asset to the Belen area along with the other hardware stores. Ace has nice staff and is well stocked. Centrally located on Rainken and Jarakes.

Amazing customer service! Went to the paint department and got what we needed. They didn't have the exact paint that we wanted that we had picked out online, but they color matched it as best as they could.

It's ace. If you need to build, plant, paint,plumb or better secure the back gate. I'll just say it like it is. Ace is the place. Little hint hint if you need to secure the back gate. When mounting the latch Instead of the factory mounting screws. Use 5/16 all thread and 7/16 nuts. Tighten them down and weld the nuts to the all thread.

I was looking for a packing washer for a leaky faucet, I could not locate the item. So I asked one of the employees that works there and he didn't know what I was talking about. I told him that I would show him on one of the other faucets. He didn't want to do that. Said I needed to bring in the faucet. So I left without a packing washer and haven't been able to fix the leak yet.

This is my go to store while I'm building. The staff are always helpful and in good spirits, I have bought most of what I need without having to go anywhere else from here. Thanks guys!

Absolutely love this place. Glad they finally got a bigger selection in hardware as far as plumbing is concerned. I really don't like Having to go to the big stores For just one small part. Thank you Woodland's Ace you guys are the best!!
