I cannot say enough good things about Dreamroofs! they worked hard, used quality materials and were very detail oriented replacing a pretty dilapidated roof. punctual and solid work. will definitely use them again in the future. thank you dreamroofs! the house looks great!

Above and beyond expectations. The complete new roof on our older home was no problem for Dreamroofs. They removed the old roof, did all repairs, and installed the complete new roof. The repairs were top notch. The new roof elevates the whole property, it looks so good! Excellent jobsite clean up, left the place better than they found it. Highly recommend Dreamroofs!

You just can't go wrong with Dreamroofs.
They tackled a very difficult tear off, installed OSB, and architectural shingles. Richard and Ryan are extremely hard workers who stuck with it to the very end. Their work is meticulous and clean. Even the attic was left spotless. I have had several positive comments from those in the neighborhood who watched their progress. They do install a high definition ridge on all their roofs without upselling you as an add on. The entire process was a pleasant experience and we could not be happier. All of this and they were the low bid too.

Terrible shady business. Can't even give a call back . Shows up a day late doesn't even collect the money before he leaves because he was in to big of hurry i guess. He didnt even tell us he was leaving he left so fast.wasn't even at our property for more than 5min. Asked for an inspection for a refinance but the guy that showed didn't even know why he was there. So clearly they don't communicate with eachother either. I wouldn't reccoment this business if they were the last one left.

My experience is i paid for a new 30 year roof in 2011 had nothing problems around a new skylight before that he couldn't seem to get repaired right. I found someone to fix it right. Now today at only 10 years old I see a problem with the shingles and have a professional from my insurance coming out to inspect. The roof is a shingle mess, lifting everywhere and The wind really hammered it hard! Faulty singles IDK

We were so pleased with the work that Richard, Maia and their crew did about 16 months ago on replacing our enormous roof. The quality of the work, professionalism and responsiveness are unsurpassed. They did work on my home without my written consent while I was out of town. I have know idea what was done or how much it cost me. Still calling other contractors for price quotes who like most reputable business give you an invoice for BEFORE they do any work...

We had Dream Roofs come out to inspect our roof shortly after moving into the house. Richard was amazing and thorough. He found a few spots that needed attention and said he would repair them at a later date for essentially no additional cost. He was incredibly nice and even came out on Saturday to speak with us and look at the roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I highly recommend Dreamroofs. We have hired them twice to replace shingles that had blown off our roof after severe wind storms. They were small jobs but Richard was more than happy to help. The customer service Richard provides is exceptional. He is punctual, professional, and his pricing is very fair for such a small job.

I will never recommend Dreamroofs to anyone in this valley. I purchased a home after they certified the roof good for multiple years (5-6). Come to find out they were aware it needed a new rear roof and still certified it. Now it is leaking and they will not correct it without charging me. It never should have been certified in the first place. I would not have purchased the home knowing it needed a new roof immediately.

I called Dreamroofs yesterday in a panic after snow stripped several vents off my metal roof and there was another storm on the way. Richard answered my call promptly (when another roofing company never answered or returned my call) and arranged to come out the next morning to see what could be done. He showed up on Saturday as scheduled, despite 15-degree temperatures and poor road conditions. He worked around 4-foot-high mounds of snow, ice, and ice-covered snow. And he figured out how to configure a temporary patch to keep me dry until the weather improves and he can replace the vents. Plus, he removed the ice and snow pressuring down on more vents on the other side of my house to keep them from failing as well. What’s more, he didn’t try to price gouge like many people are doing in this weather, his fee was extremely reasonable especially given the adverse conditions. In the harshest and most stressful weather conditions I’ve experienced here in 20 years, he has put my mind at ease that my house can weather the next storm coming in, and that is something that is priceless. I would highly recommend Dreamroofs to anyone.

When dealing with Richard ( the owner ) I got nothing but professionallism and outstanding courtesy. He takes his time to get everything correct in good fashion. I highly recommend Richard and his company for any roofing issues and or problems you may have.

Richard did a reroof on an older farm house for my mother. It had to be completely removed and replaced with new sheeting and then asphalt shingles. He accomplished the job in a timely manner and left the work site very clean when finished. He also installed a solar vent in the roof and it looks very good. The price was very fair for the entire job and I would highly recommend Dream roofs for any roofing needs you might have. Thanks again Richard for the job you did and I will have you back for any future roofing needs.
Update: I just had Richard do another house roof replacement for me. Again, you did an excellent job and I am 100% satisfied with the work and the way you left the work site afterwards. The next time I need roof repairs or replacement, you will be my first call. Couldn't be happier.

They did minor repairs on my roof. They were very responsive, professional and completed the repairs within the time I needed them done. They also stuck to their quote. I am very happy with the final results.

The owner Richard Dennis explained the bid the same day I called . He started when he said he would , he finished when he said he would , at the same price agreed . Great work , with a few extras thrown in . His co-workers were great . I would proud to have them in any crew . They cleaned up everyday , other than looking like a new house , you would have never known they were there . Work you can be proud of , work he will stand behind , on schedule in time and price , it does not get any better .
