Repair done to area around chimney that only lasted about 10 years after new roof done in 2014 - seemed like it should have lasted longer. Also would have appreciated it if tech had picked up all the metal flashing pieces that fell off the roof during repairs. Perhaps their lack of cleanup explains the repair that didn’t last. Glad I didn’t run over them with lawn mower.

My sales rep, Wille Harner, set the tone for this insulation project by patiently answering all of my questions, both during the initial interview and throughout the process. He made time the day of installation to come by and make sure the job was done to my satisfaction and I had no final questions. The office team also checked in during the month ahead of installation to make sure the schedule was on target. And the installation crew arrived in the time window given; was polite and kept the work area free of debris; did an excellent job; and finished in the estimated time. Hence, the overall 5-star rating.

Was happy when roof was put on but now ran into an issue and pretty much DH does not want to correct there mistake UNLESS there is a experience with damage or have a home inspector report that says damage.
They do not correct their mistake. Ugh!

Given the recent experience with DH, I would not feel comfortable recommending them to anyone else.

Dream Homes did the RoofMax treatment to my home. They did minor repairs to my roof and cleaned the drains at no cost to me. The service technicians arrived at the scheduled time and completed the job within 45 minutes. They provided photos so that I could see the work that was done. Had some wood siding shingles replaced with regular siding. The guys showed up right on time and got right to work. Overall they did a great job. Very pleased with the work.

They fulfilled everything they said in terms of when the work would be done and the quality of the work. I highly recommend this company.

My only concern is that the weather was a bit cold when my roof was sprayed. It was down to about 39 degrees 2~3 hours after the Roofmax spray was applied. The website notes that is close to being too cold. Hope that doesn't cause the solution not to soak in properly. The guys were prompt and courteous.

My review seem to have disappeared. They were horrible when it comes to workmanship. I had my rood replaced by another company as the alternatives to patch my roof was not industry standard. You will need an Attroney to explain the contract to you.
Do not sign without counsel. Seemingly their office staff is caucasian, but the roofer seemed to be uneducated day labors. The race is not important, but with such an advance product, I was shocked at the use of day labors who are generally uneducated and poorly trained, if any training.
The supervisor sat in the truck while about 30 men were on my roof without guidance. The supervisor exited the truck when the sales man arrived along with another staff member.

My solar panels could not be reinstalled as they did not replace 30-50 old boards and I had an active leak after they completed work. I could not get on the roof to inspect the roof when the job was completed. I am an elder, the salesman when up and returned with an excellent assessment. This proved to not be the truth on many levels. You may want to get a home inspector to check the work when completed if you choose to go with them.
