Adelphia exteriors did a superb job painting our entire interior - bedrooms, kitchen, common areas in just 5 days. We originally went to MidSouth to find a replacement for our front door. MidSouth recommended Adelphia to sell and install our door. They are a family owned company and were very responsive, knowledgable and very easy to work with. There were a number design details to work through and Adelphia was very patient and helpful in explaining and showing us examples of the choices. They also worked hard on getting us a good price for the door. The installation work was very professional and very neat. They put up a plastic sheeting wall to keep out the 30 degree weather while doing the installation. Based on our experience with Adelphia, we would definitely recommend them to others and consider them for future projects.

We have had Adelphi exteriors do many different things for us over a number of years from interior painting, to exterior painting of a shed, to gutters, to roof repair, to deck repair complete with power washing, sanding where necessary, and painting.

Adelphi had just replaced gutters and facia board the autumn before, so when a tree fell on our house this spring, we called and learned that they could do the entire roof repair as well as the damage to our deck. The roof was tarped in a matter of hours after our calling. While some work to be scheduled around the weather, all was completed in a timely manner.

Every bit of their work is done in a professional manner. We have found them to be diligent in scheduling and arriving when they have planned. The work is always beautiful when finished.

Totally satisfied with the Marvin patio door installation. It was worth the wait for a custom measured door. The installation crew was the most professional and fastidious. They arrived on time and the installation was perfection. The clean up was thorough. Definitely recommend Adelphia. Vik made sure the job was done right!!!

They were very fast and efficient installing insulation in our attic. Had it done within a couple hours and everything was clean and buttoned up when they left. There has been a noticable improvement upstairs since adding insulation. It makes a huge difference!

Adelphia has done work for us for many years; exterior siding and trim work, and exterior painting of railings. We have also had them do quite a bit of interior painting for us and just recently had a project in our living room and master bedroom/bathroom. All has been excellent work! The staff in the office are wonderful to work with and very accommodating. The guys on the job are detail oriented, efficient, and clean up when finished. Working with Adelphia was truly wonderful. The communication about the project was good from the start. I would not always get a call back the same day, but I didn't have to wait too long after leaving a message. Once the work began, there was a lot of communication between myself and the installers. They checked in with me when in doubt about things, as well as to see if I was pleased with the work. Once completed, they had me do a walk around on the property to make sure the work was satisfactory to me. George also called me a few days later to check and see if I was happy with the install. I was and am. The gutters, fascia, etc all look great and the function is good. No more gutters coming off of the house and looking unsightly either. The black, oversized gutters are the way to go. Beautiful and functional. Just perfect.

Adelphia Exteriors did an excellent job repainting the interior of my entire condo - walls, ceilings, doors, trim. They did a great job with some drywall repair that needed to be done after a prior contractor. Also, extremely responsive when I had questions.

I was looking for a company to replace the roof, and rotted fascia and rake boards in my townhouse, and work with the HOA to obtain the necessary clearances. My contact at Adelphia was George Koutsis (owner). I could not have found a person with a better disposition to work with the HOA. The people they contract with to do the work are also customer focused. They worked diligently under the grueling July temperatures. I rate them five stars for customer service and competitive pricing.

Roof replacement with architectural shingles. Looks so much better than the flat kind, and should last at least 30 years. Onc less thing to worry about. Adelphia is very easy to work with.

Since we change our house windows and doors we can’t be more happy. It really makes a big difference in our electricity bill. The insulation it’s amazing we could notice on this hot summer our AC unit it’s more efficient. The light that we have in home now is amazing. We don’t need to turn the lights on at all during the day.

Adelphia Exteriors installed a new roof, gutters, and gutter guards on our townhome. Rob T and Danielle S were both great to work with—responsive, professional and friendly. The work was done on schedule, on budget, and looks great!

We worked with Adelphia for our new roof and attic insulation removal/cleaning/new install. We really appreciated that they didn’t have a powerpoint they wanted us to sit thru at the estimate. The initial estimate was timely and straight forward with George. Good pricing as well. We were also able to get a small tax rebate for replacing the insulation and Danielle was very helpful in getting that itemized receipt for us. We will be reaching out to them soon regarding some interior painting.

What a great experience we had with Adelphia exteriors! We bought a new front door for our home. First of all, the receptionist was wonderful. Then we met with Rob, the salesman, and he was so helpful and patient with us as we tried to decide which door we liked best. The communication has been great and the installation went without a hitch. Those guys were so careful and efficient, working hard and cleaning it all up when they were finished. We love our new front door and would definitely use Adelphia Exteriors again.

Adelphia removed (and reinstalled) gutters, wrapped all fascia and rake boards, added vinyl soffit and ventilation holes, painted the columns, and replaced 5 pairs of shutters. George was very responsive throughout the process. There was a slight hiccup; however, Adelphia went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy with the end result. We also appreciated Min’s patience when determining the positioning of the shutters. Installation crew showed up on time and worked diligently throughout the day. We would definitely recommend Adelphia for exterior work. It has made a huge difference on our house.

We initially reached out to them based on a random Facebook post recommending them. I’m glad we did. They did a great job and addressed any concerns as they came up.

This is the second time that I used Adelphia Exteriors for whole house interior painting since they did such a great job the first time. My house looks fabulous! Nik and Viki are fabulous to work with and are my 'go to' source for the services they offer...they are the best!

Fantastic service. Walked me through the process early and delivered on the timing and cost for a new roof. Explained the couple of things that could come up once they started installation (once they removed old roof) and talked through everything that openly and honestly. Would recommend to anyone!

As always I give high ratings to customer service!! Not only were they polite, on time, and professional, but they also transformed our home with gorgeous painting and windows and door installation. We had to make a few changes and they accommodated it all! Like how we wanted to paint the shutters the same color as the new door they installed and they immediately matched it and brought the paint WITH THEM!! Price was beyond fair compared to other quotes we received but the service was what truly blew us away.

I reached out to Adelphia and was connected with Rob, he encouraged me to put a claim in for tyhe roof with my insurance. Unfortunately the insurance company only approved partial roof replacement. Despite asking multiple times Rob continueslly failed to provide me with a supplement to send back to insurance to get a full roof replacement. At no point throughout this whole process did rob tell me that they dont do partial repairs. At the end Rob informed me that they dont do partial repairs but will confirm with the owner and let me know but I never heard back and he disappeared on me.

Working with different company now with better expertise in dealing with Insurance companies.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Adelphia. They did a great job giving us options, keeping us up to date on the schedule and reviewing the job to make sure it met our expectations. We hired Adelphia Exteriors to replace our roof. The company is fantastic top to bottom. The turn around time from quote to finish was lightning fast, the workmanship was excellent, and Tim K worked with us tirelessly through the entire process from explaining the scope of the job, to selecting the best shingles for our home, and then following up post-replacement to ensure everything was to our satisfaction. At some point our home will need more updates, and I will not hesitate to reach out to Tim K at Adelphia again -- and if you're considering a home improvement job in their wheelhouse, I would suggest you do too.

Adelphia redid my attic insulation. Couldn't be more pleased with their work and service! Christos was an absolute pleasure to work with every step of the way!!! The actual work was fast. We just recently employed this company to install siding on our upper storey. I have to say the service and product install was outstanding. George and Tim went out of their way to make sure all details of the install were complete including cleanup, and took their time to attend to details. They stayed over to finish one large side so my family were not inconvenienced next day with the banging. Tim kept me informed of status and invited viewing of progress. George was patient and meticulous. Both were focused on doing a great job and it shows. Neighbours have also been outside to praise their work. George kept me up to date and the job moving- I knew I could rely on him if a problem occurred, but that didn’t happen. Chris has to be included too as part of the team, because his no-pressure sales pitch is why I chose the company. Said they would come in the morning and didn't start until the afternoon. Didn't finish everything I needed that day and the person was not responsive on why they didn't finish. They don't work weekends even though they didn't finish the job and it rained over the weekend hard. Thought going with not the cheaper option would be better but I was wrong.

This was our 4th project with Adelphia Exteriors. Last year they replaced all our windows; replaced the original vinyl siding; and replaced our original gutters and downspouts. This year we asked them to come back to replace our 24-year old roof shingles that had become stained and looked terrible alongside all the other new exterior features. Once again Adelphia did a wonderful job at a competitive price. They went the extra mile to make sure that we found the particular color and style of shingle that we wanted to match the siding work they the had done in 2020. We used Adelphia to replace our windows. We had a few estimates and while the VinylMax windows may not have been quite as premium as the other option we were seriously considering, the product got great reviews and Adelphia in particular was highly reviewed and left a great impression. And pricing was very competitive too. The windows arrived before predicted and installation started exactly when scheduled and wrapped up ahead of schedule. The installer did a great job of cleaning up afterwards and accommodating our tiny house that doesn't necessarily allow for all furniture to be far from windows at the same time :) Definitely would use them for other projects in the future.

Great service and price for new windows in my home. Major renovation project and Adelphia Exteriors was only window company willing to give me a ballpark estimate with me giving estimated window sizes and them not seeing the house, so I could budget all the renovations to figure out if I could do windows. NO hard sell like other window companies. I took my time and signed the contract 1-2 months later after they gave me a firm quote. Very happy with the result.

The Adelphia team was great from start to finish when we had three windows installed in the basement. It was a bit tricky -- one competitor said they couldn't do the job. I used Adelphia Exteriors to do blown-in insulation work on my house. My home had original insulation from the 60's that had literally disintegrated and was causing my electric bill to go thru the roof both in winter and summer. They did a terrific job at a very competitive rate. I got two other quotes and their's was the best. They were professional, courteous and fast. I hope to use them again for more home projects.

We used Adelphia to replace the insulation in our attic. Due to the need to schedule the work for after a different contractor completed a repair of the ridge vent, we needed some flexibility on their part. This was handled with patience and understanding. The actual work was done very professionally (both the removal of the old damaged insulation and the installation of the new). The workers arrived on time, maintained a very clean work site and were very polite and respectful. I highly recommend this company.

I had this company do roofing, brand new front door, French door for patio, a massive basement slider door, and all new windows with no grids. My house isn't the same house it was before I started working with them. I’m a extremely detailed oriented person and interviewed numerous companies. After seeing other reviews and meeting with their owners I decided to use Adelphi exteriors. They exceeded my already high expectations. They were very knowledgeable and was able to explain to me what I needed vs. what another company was just upselling me. I wish I had more work to send their way but best I can do is give this review. Highly recommend this company.
