I would not hesitate to hire APM for future projects and I will recommend Alissom to others. They came into a challenging situation after a sewer backup caused a lot of damage in a downstairs rec room, bedroom, and bath room. I was fortunate to hire Alissom to do the renovation. He had a crew of five out in less than a week, and the majority of the work was done that week. He communicated how the project was going and sent photos almost every day, which was helpful since I wasn’t physically at the site. We picked out some items and trusted him to select others. We are so delighted with the results. He suggested replacing the old fixtures with recessed lighting and it makes a huge difference. Those rooms have never looked this good! His goal is that customers are 100% happy with the work and we are!

We recently hired Alex and APM contractors to do much needed home renovation. The scope of work included complete floor replacement from removing the subfloor to getting new flooring on. We also had popcorn ceiling removal, painting, upgrading all the outlets, modernizing other various elements in the house including getting new cable railing for the stairs. Wow! APM contractors turned 800sq ft of useless moldy basement into a bright, cozy luxury lounge! What a transformation in 3 weeks. They demo-ed, cleaned, sanitized, waterproof the walls and floor of my 1934 bungalow basement. Look at how gorgeously they executed my vision for a fireplace-TV-bookcase centerpiece, vinyl plank flooring, drywall, lighting, new electrical, and paint. Rebuilt stairs, closet, doors for storage, laundry, utility. My tiny "prison" bathroom became a gorgeous, elegant black and white spa bath. I'm thrilled! They worked around the varied ceiling and floor levels, perfectly matching planks and tiles. Great customer contact, service and his team is top notch. They take pride in the work and I felt taken care of. If you want to love your basement hire APM!

Called for quick estimate if they even have time. Told me they would come sometimes next week after the initial phone call to Alex and thats about it. Second text for confirmation if they can come, guess what? No respond or even a quick yes or no. We contact you because we think you are fit for the job. We PAY YOU, do we look like some type of asking for freebies??? If you dont want to do it, say it upfront. Why you want to waste my time???

APM Contractors has an experienced reliable crew, they arrived on time and immediately went to work. They completed my deck project ahead of schedule and to my complete satisfaction. In addition, they reused existing boards to replace damaged boards on the existing deck. They were efficient, very knowledgeable and possessed the necessary skills required. I will continue to use them for future project.

Very highly recommend APM Contractors. Allisom and his team did a great job on a multifaceted scope of work on our small house that included drywall removal and installation, electrical work, repairing rotted flooring, installing new cork flooring, extensive painting, and numerous odds and ends. No detail was too small for them. Communication was clear, particularly when opening up our floor found unexpected surprises and new costs. Also a very fair price for the scale of work done. They also did all of it under two weeks.

My experience with AMP was exceptional. APM contractors was always on time. AMP contractors was able to provide a sliding glass door in my bathroom where I’ve been told twice by two different companies that they could not do it due to the small Size of my bathroom. I recommend anyone with a vision of their own to check AMP contractors out.

Amp Contractors did an excellent job replacing my eavestrophs and down pipes. Alissom was very responsive when I contacted him about a problem I was having with my gutters. He diagnosed the problem after a detailed inspection. Within a week him and his team replaced by old gutters. They were courteous and worked quickly. They also left a very clean site. I would recommend Apm to anyone who has a problem with their house and needs a professional and trustworthy contractor. I have already talked with Alissom about some other projects I intend to do at my house. A big thanks Alissom.

The work is always completed efficiently, timely, and with attention to detail. Alissom and his crew leave the site with cables rerouted, holes patched and painted, and clean. I would not hesitate to use him again for any number of contracting issues including painting!

Here I am, back at it again! Loving and enjoying the exceptional work that was done inside and outside my home. APM contractor corp. has always showed up on time and schedule. Their attention to detail and perfection always keep me coming back to them time and time again.

I have been looking for a handyman for sometime. I am so glad I found APM. Alis is reliable and calls when he says. He is up front about what he can and cannot do. He is thorough and intentional on finding the problem and then working to remediate it. He is pleasant, polite and reasonable. I recommend him.

I had a great experience with APM. They came and fixed my leaking roof very quickly, addressing pretty significant issues with how it was built. They then rebuilt the roof deck and it is so much nicer than before. They did beautiful work that has already held up under multiple storms. I definitely recommend them and will use them again!

APM Contractors’ workers did an excellent job repairing and refurbishing my crumbled concrete basement steps, stairwell walls and iron rail.

They power washed the steps and stairwell walls, fixed the cracks and holes, applied gray masonry paint coating on the steps, applied masonry waterproof drylok coating  paint on the walls, sanded and painted the rusted iron rail black.

The beautiful like new appearance of the steps, stairwell walls and iron rail, attest to the excellent quality of their finished work. I have recommended them to my family and friends, and I would rehire them.

Alissom Miranda cleaned my gutters, added drip edges around the roof, and installed gutter covers around the entire house. He also power washed my home. Alissom was friendly, professional, thorough, and time. He explained in detail the work to be done and provided pictures before he began the work, as well as pictures of the finished product. I plan to hire him for future projects.

APM has completed multiple projects for us. Refinished hardwood floors, demo'd and remodeled a powder room, built a tree house, interior paint and installed artificial grass. Used APM again the fix a negligent job by Roseman Lifelong construction. APM basically had to rebuild the entire back extension of our house. The results were fantastic.
