Contracted Dream Renovations to remodel a leaky upstairs walk in shower. Very impressed with the attention to detail and professionalism. Santiago came and quoted me to update my master Tub and Shower and guest bathroom built in. They were fairly priced and did a great job. Small bathroom full renovation, these guys did an incredible job. Very competitive from a price standpoint too. Worked with me every step of the way to make sure the end product was what I wanted. It was supposed to be a month after the consultation to get started, but they were actually ahead of schedule. Once they broke ground it was finished in less than 2 weeks. Couldn’t speak more highly of their team, will be using them again.

Absolutely loved this team. We had a full remodel of the master bathroom. Came in gave us a quote. Got started in one week. Finished in 2 weeks time. Quick to respond to texts. We were away for half of the project. They were able to communicate with my family to finish the work at hand. I had them come back to work on my water heater as well. One days work. Couldn’t be more happier with the job. I recommended 3 of my family friends to this company and they love the work dreams have provided us with. So thank you for all you have done.

Had my bathroom renovated less than a year ago. Initially, they said 4-5 business days and it took 7, but I was just happy it was done. It wasnt til I started showering in it that I realized the workmanship was lacking. The discrepancies in the leveling of the tiles, the grout size difference between them, and the lack of level-ness (I know it is not a real word) is pretty bad. For a little bit more, I wouldve rather paid for someone else to do it properly so I dont have to stare at these mistakes everytime I shower (some shown below). Would not use again.

Thiago and his team helped me finish a steam sauna shower buildout that another incompetent contractor began. They did a very good job on the build, except they weren't able to install the shower head (purchased by previous contractor) correctly, and I had to hire my own handyman to fix it. They also installed the bench tile incorrectly, and though they did offer to fix it, it would have been a terrible process to go back and rip out that tile again and redo it after the glass was already installed over top, so I decided against it. Overall I am satisfied, I just got the feeling during the process that Thiago was just trying to be done with it and move on, and the quality control could have been just a little better. Nonetheless, they provided good/fair value, and I would recommend them.

We found Dream on Instagram and contacted them for estimate on our kitchen and bathrooms renovation. They came out viewed our project and gave us a great estimate for the job. They did amazing work and we were able to coordinate this job together without meeting face to face for we were away for the entire project. Video calls went great and communication was tremendous the entire time. We highly recommend them to everyone and look forward to working with them again real soon.

Dream Renovations recently completed a bathroom renovation for me. I'm very pleased with the quality of work! Thiago was helpful in helping me configure the plans and gave insight on what would work best for my space. The crew all had great attention to detail and even helped to source and remedy two unrelated leaks that were discovered during the renovation. We hired Dream renovations to renovate our master bathroom. They did an amazing job and took our bathroom from dated 90s to modern HGTV. Thiago was very patient and accommodating of my last minute additions and very transparent with the pricing changes. If we had a concern or a question, he was quick to respond and make things right. The pricing was very reasonable and I did not feel like he was trying to get over on me like some other companies we got quotes from.
