Had a flawless experience with Dream Design replacing my old, splintering wood deck with Trek. Very good price and the two-man crew did a fabulous job taking down the old deck and installing the new one. No more power washing or staining needed now. What a relief. It looks fabulous and now we can spend time on the deck grilling and enjoying the outdoors. Highly recommend. Below are pics of the old deck and the new one.

Dream Design refurbished oak stairs, laid luxury vinyl in kitchen and mudroom, upgraded 2.5 bathrooms, painted walls and ceilings, and handymanned several small tasks. Yong under took a massive kitchen and family room remodel. Did great work. We are more than pleased with the final product. We would recommend him and plan to use him again for our next remodel project.

Had a great experience with Dream Design Consulting on the build-out of our backyard pergola. They came out to explain the building process and materials, and were able to build everything to specifications based on our budget. They took care of the permitting, which made everything easy, and kept us updated throughout. The construction took a day and the end product looks incredible. Could not have asked for a better result. Would definitely recommend them for quality home projects, and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Yong Yi and his team of designers, plumbers, electricians, et. al, did a fantastic job demolishing, adding electrical lines, lighting fixtures and plumbing fixtures for my newly renovated kitchen. Yong Yi himself makes sure all the details are correct along with his project managers. I am very pleased I chose this company for my project and highly recommend them. I already have sent a friend to them!

Dream Design did a wonderful job screening our porch. From the very first contact up until installation was finished they were in constant communication with us. They kept us informed about all the steps of the project, and, took care of all the permissions needed. (HOA and other state and county related permits). The final product looks beautiful, has lifetime warranty and we can’t be happier. If you are looking for building professionals with outstanding customer service, this is your company.

My husband and I stopped in and Yong was very knowledgeable and gave outstanding advice. He showed us many different materials and design options (cabinets/tiles/etc) with suggestions on where to put the various types of materials (which tile is best for bathroom floors vs walls etc). Highly recommend!

We are very satisfied and happy with our newly finished basement/in-law suite. This was our first big renovation job so we were a little apprehensive about the whole process. We received several estimates and decided to go with Yong based on his quote and design ideas. During the initial design phase at his studio he provided several different layout options and even added few additional features at no extra cost. He made the whole process as seamless as possible. Like any big project we encountered some unforeseen issues but Yong and his crew were very quick and responsive to resolve them. Yong also had his crew do some additional work outside of the scope of the project without charging us extra.

We were very fortunate to have found Dream Design. They far exceeded our expectations. His crew were all very pleasant and respectful. We definitely look forward to working with them again in the future.

We are incredibly satisfied with the work performed by Dream Design and are extremely excited with our beautiful new kitchen! From the beginning, Yong was incredibly responsive via email, phone, and text. The price/quote was comparable to two other companies, but we chose Dream Design based on reviews, the scope of the quote, the design, and how flexible and responsive he was to our ideas and desired projects.

The remodel included gutting/reconfiguring the kitchen, replacing some windows, removing walls between dining room and living room, removing popcorn ceiling on our lower level family room and new flooring throughout the main level/lower level. Apart from a completely new kitchen (cabinets, recessed lighting, massive island, range hood), some extra things we had completed included running Ethernet cables, replacing light fixtures/fan, replacing outlets/switches/cover plates, and installing a water filtration system. This was a huge project, but it was completely finished in under 3 months. During demolition, a water leak was found and we had a drainage/structural team address and fix the foundation issue. Yong was incredibly flexible with holding off on completing this section of the house until it was fixed/inspected. Yong handled every other minor issue professionally and always kept me in the loop on progress.

During the renovation, we lived upstairs and the team was very accommodating in closing off the upstairs with plastic/tape to mitigate the construction dust. Everyone on the team was professional, polite, and performed quality work. After each day, the team did a really good job cleaning and straightening up and this was much appreciated as we were still living in the house. At the end of the remodel, there were just few things we asked Yong to be touched up and this was addressed quickly.

This was our first remodel, so there are a few things I’d recommend, to include knowing exactly what you want completed. Yong does a good job listing everything out, but I suggest walking around your space and really think about each thing you want done. Yong will do an awesome job with turning your ideas into something amazing. I would highly recommend this team and we actually are having them come back for some additional work upstairs.

Great team to work with. Spent a lot of time with us to figure out how best to use the basement space that we had to work with and completed the job within the timeframe.

We meet with a number of contractors regarding estimates to remodel our basement. Dream Design Construction was the last contractor we meet with, I must say I wish they were the first (it would have saved me a lot of time). Their estimates were amazing compared to all the other estimates we received, but the kicker was their knowledge and presentation. After visiting our home to discuss the work we wanted to have done, within days we visited Yong's office where he architect a design of exactly what we wanted and was excellent in providing guidance on what he thought should be done to enhance the look. His crew is outstanding and very professional. The work they do is second to none! We will definitely use Dream Design Constructions again and recommend them to anyone. Very happy with my basement. No project is to small or to large for these guys. Awesome crew

Hakan, Yong, and Dream Design construction were on time, on budget, and professionally communicating every step of the way! They completely remodeled our old builder grade out dated bathrooms into great updated spaces.

Yong's team worked diligently on our project, and it was managed very well. The work was on schedule (actually a few days earlier) and the quality is superior. We plan to hire them again for our future projects.
