First, Adam and Jerry were here to listen to my requirements and desires for the screened porch. We had a good time bantering on ideas. The price was reasonable and the process was easy. The team started and made such huge progress everyday. They are great. Unless the weather was bad I could expect them here. We had a little mishap with the roof but the whole team including Adam, his wife Emily, Jerry, and the lead construction manager all came out late in the evening to mitigate. And that was repaired expertly. The company is local and live in my community and they do quality work. They care. The county inspector was here today and I heard him say “ this is quality work.” I walked out and asked how he liked it. He said it looks great. Thank you Dream DFP. So much fun working with you.

Adam and the entire crew at DFP are amazing. For starters, the screened in porch we had them build is beautiful. It has everything we asked for and is the heavenly oasis we wanted. It's also incredibly well built, it will probably outlast our house! Adam was responsive when I had questions, the crew were here every morning bright and early and worked hard all day. The backyard was a mess during construction but they cleaned it up to the last crumb before they left. If you have any building project that they can help with, I highly recommend them!

Let me start this review with a quick back story. When we bought our new home we intentionally had the builder do a small deck since they didn’t do stairs. After moving in we sought several estimates to do an extension to the deck and stairs down to a small patio in our backyard. Every estimate was so ridiculously high. It seemed like our project was not meant to be.

Then we met Adam and our dream became a reality. Adam captured exactly what we wanted with his design. He was super patient with us as we made changes along the way. And every time we thought that something wasn’t just right, Adam was there to smooth it over and make it right.

When you work with Adam you get someone that is like no other contractor you will work with. He communicates quickly and succinctly, but has no problem discussing in detail because he has plenty of industry knowledge. You get someone that is hardworking and family oriented. You get an honest person that actually cares. Just ask his crew workers. They all spoke very well of him and they were all hard workers themselves.

We waited a month to write this review because we wanted to put everything in order on our new deck and patio. We also wanted to marinade in the new additions to our home. To see if everything is what we had hoped it would be. We’re happy to report that it is everything and more than we had dreamed of.
