Luis has it going on in The Santa Fe area. He came out to look at my job after a previous contractor left me hanging. It’s a very rural area and it’s challenging working out here. But Luis never wavered. Showed up on time every time and finished the job right on time. He is professional and a great communicator. I almost don’t want to give him such a good review for fear everyone will discover him and I’ll have a hard time getting him to work for me again. I know he will continue to prosper.

Luis had me sign a comprehensive contract for the custom metal work line-set covers on my mini split system, he gave me a cost plus quote for the work, came in on budget and on time and was a GREAT communicator, letting me know the process and what I should expect in terms of how the job would get done.

I expect good things for this young Santa Fe contractor!

My experience with Dream Built (Luis Dominguez) was first rate. Not only did he and his crew do the agreed work but went beyond what was expected. We had his company do our roof and stucco. The Dream Built people are pleasant and professional. Our overall experience was of high order and I would highly recommend his company for anyone that was looking for a reasonable price and a super professional outcome.

DO NOT under any circumstances use this company. Dishonest, unreliable, double-talker. Did my roof. Charged me for work not done. Gave me a "warranty" that is not worth the paper it is printed on. Now will not return my calls. Does not have message capability on phone. TOTAL FRAUD. Caveat emptor...buyer beware!!
