Drake Conner was wonderful to work with and helped us navigate our insurance claim and we had a new roof within one week. Dr Roof made the whole process easy and we have a great roof over our heads!

Work was very profesional. Would have been better if project manager was here at the start of the job to clarify any problems at the beginning. Price of each repair needs to be explained better. Workers were great at there job.

We had a great experience with Dr Roof! Called them for an estimate when we had a leak. Shannon was super informative, took lots of pictures, and went over everything that she saw on her inspection with us. Even though she could’ve recommended a new roof at that time she didn’t and gave us a reasonable price on repair. We called another company for a second opinion, and all they did was try to scare us into buying a new roof. I even called Shannon after that estimate and went over a few more things with her, and she was super kind and took the time to talk to us. When they did the work, it was fast, it was deficient, and it was effective! Really great experience and when we do need a new roof in a few years , we will definitely be calling them back!

These guys are awesome. Had a small leak near roof vent, sent a guy out to inspect and explained everything in detail. Had estimate in a couple days and repair done few days later. Repair guy was very pleasant and explained what was going to be done. Very pleased with quality of work.

I had the roof replaced on a detached garage and had them add a small porch to the back of my house. They did a great job of the garage roof, but the porch is aesthetically rough compared to the architecture of the house. It looks very rustic and has lots of exposed wood that, unless I do more work to finish it, will be an eyesore and subject to rot. I understood they would paint and make it aesthetically match the house but the contract was vague enough I've had to settle. Bottom line: if you need a roof replaced they are as good as the next, but if you need something less cut and dry find another contractor.

Dr. Roof stood by their vow of customer satisfaction when we didn’t agree on a detail pertaining to my roofing project. That’s really how you measure a top notch corporation. By their integrity.

All of the representatives of Dr, Roof we dealt with are competent and courteous. They made sure we understood their findings and recommendations. Our most recent representative, Sean Fleming, made a special trip to our home to be here when the insurance inspector was performing his inspection to coordinate their findings.

Dr Roof was amazing they come started job on time and completed and cleaned up the job site as promised. James Watson was incredibility helpful when I had a problem after Leaf Filter damaged my roof installing gutter guards. We hired Dr. Roof for a total roof replacement and replacement of our sky lights. Our roof looks great although they left some stickers and paper on 2 of the skylights. They are coming back out to take those off when we mentioned it to them. We had major concerns regarding the contract, but after hearing us out, they fixed the wrong. Overall, I feel this showed superior customer service which is difficult to find these days.

when we came to it, then I asked him something else and he

Dr Roof came and installed new gutters on our home. The crew arrived at 7:30am, were very hard working and did the job in one day. There was one small section they did not have the correct color for so they finished that section in white. The next business day they arrived prior to 9am to change the white elbow out to the custom color. The office (Roswell location I believe) is easy to contact and responsive.

Shannon came when she said, was very professional, found our leak and another potential problem, fixed both very quickly-cost very reasonable-could not be more pleased- the only roofing company we will use going forward!!

Such a great experience! I noticed a leak and ceiling discoloration in my living room and placed a call to Dr Roof. Shannon came out and investigated the issue. Quickly identified the problem and walked me through what she had found. She offered an excellent and inexpensive solution. Within two weeks, I had my roof repaired complete with pictures of their work. Could not have been happier with the entire process! Highly recommend them.

Perhaps most impressively, they were professional and patient with my payments. I had an insurance claim (one leading company avoided) which added to the length of payment. Edit: The following Monday Carli read this review and reached out. After explaining the situation and conducting some research, we were able to reach a solution via a discounted bill. They accepted responsibility for what took place and have taken corrective actions to ensure this does not take place again. As I said to her, this should be used as a learning experience for all involved. I am therefore bumping up my review to "Three" stars.

BLUF: Great roof, but one of the worst service experiences I’ve ever had.

We went with Dr. Roof for a full roof replacement after Hurricane Helene. The job was scheduled for July 3rd. At 10:00 a.m. that day, I got a call (while not at home) saying the assigned crew had been rear-ended en route. I was told two crews would come out the next day — July 4th — to “knock it out.” Since they had originally said the job would take one day with a normal crew, I assumed this meant 10–12 workers and a half-day of work.

Wrong. Five guys showed up. Then two disappeared for hours. For most of the day, there were only three people working on my roof. My 2-year-old daughter got a 30-minute nap at best, and our July 4th dinner was drowned out by hammering and nail gun blasts. They didn’t finish until 8 p.m.

What really pushed this over the edge, though, was the complete breakdown in communication. I called the project manager at 7 a.m. and left a voicemail. No response. Called again at 11 a.m. — got a text: “Can I call you back after this meeting?” I said yes. Nothing. Called again after lunch — still nothing. When he finally did call back, I’d had enough. I lost my temper. He was defensive and shocked that only three guys had been working. He also claimed he was supposed to be on-site the day before and had intended to reach out. Neither happened.

Bottom line: I got a decent roof, but at the cost of my time, patience, and trust. This company’s customer service is disorganized, unprofessional, and unapologetic. I should’ve pushed back harder when things started going sideways, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt — and got burned for it.

Do not hire Dr. Roof. If things go wrong (and they will), don’t expect ownership, accountability, or a simple call back. They are not worth the stress.

This was my second time using Dr Roof and once again they exceeded expectations. Everyone involved - from the person proving the estimate, the office personnel I talked to when I had questions and the person that performed the actual roof repair were professional and knowledgeable and got the job done. Hope I don’t need them again but if I do - Dr Roof will be my choice.

Dr Roof replaced our roof as promised, on time and did a great clean up afterwards. The roof looks great and communicating with everyone was great . No pressure at all from anyone . We used them in the past for a different house and are totally satisfied with Dr Roof. I would recommend them to family and friends.

Happy with the repairs they did! Shannon was great with the initial inspection. She's prompt, very knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to help. I actually learned alot from her, and appreciated her taking time to explain everything to me in detail. The tech who did the repairs was great as well. I would not hesitate to call them again for any roofing needs.

I contacted Dr Roof through Trusty Dale. I received a phone call to get someone to give me a roof replacement estimate. Don showed up introduce himself. I heard him walking on the roof. Came back to the door asked about the satellite dish on the roof. Left his card and said he would write an estimate and email it to me in a day or two. Out of three estimates Dr Roof was the lowest with detailed materials and warranty included with color of architectural shingles. I do recommend Dr Roof. The supervisor and workers were very nice. They cleaned up daily before leaving my house.

Everything was smooth from beginning to end. The inspector who gave us the quote was well-prepared and business-like--no big sales pitch or high-pressure tactics. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and efficient. Everything happened when it was supposed to. The work looks good to me. I would use Dr Roof again.

DrRoof Co. did an excellent job on replacing my 20 year old roof as contracted for and on time as scheduled. All employees were courteous, polite and dressed apparently.

I appreciate the people Dr. Roof sends out to figure out what is going wrong when I have a leak. Over 8 years I've had 3 different diagnosticians/estimators for 3 different problems, and each of them was careful, thorough, and thoughtful. One even correctly diagnosed that my leak couldn't have been coming from the roof but nonetheless gave me good advice on how to find the source of the leak. They provided explanations of what they recommended, and the roofers followed through each time.

I really enjoyed my experience with Dr. Roof! The work they did was good, pricing was fair, and communication was good.

Mark Deraney took great care with the assessment and quoting. I had a leak, he found the various repairs needed (boot replacements, rotten wood, etc) and shingle repair. For other work I was exploring, he gave me some ideas on how to do them more cost efficiently, and it’s a relief to work with a company that’s looking for your best interest and not just your wallet. I feel comfortable and confident that they’ll do right by the customer, and will come back to them for future work as a result.

Spoke with an Ai agent who scheduled a free roof inspection appointment and then got a call 2days later only to be told it costs $250. This is after I had turned down other follow up calls from other roofing companies for the same inspection. I even mentioned that from a customer service perspective, they should honor the free appointment. Needless to say, I won’t be referring any clients to Dr Roof Atlanta.
