Had to contact them a few times to get a response that amounted to, "Sorry, we're too busy to help you." Having to turn away customers is nice problem to have as a business owner, I presume. But it also probably saved me a few hundred bucks. (I rented some scaffolding and did the work myself for $200.) In the end, I'd say it was a win-win.

Initially, we were only going to do some repairs and replace the stairs, but discovered that we had issues with the supports for the deck, so rebuilding was the only option. We had a great experience with Dr. Exteriors in replacing our windows and then later our siding! Their bids reflect all the costs unlike some competitors who didn’t list certain costs to make the bid appear less. We chose them to replace our windows and siding because Dean trains and uses his own employees rather than outsourcing to an assortment of subcontractors. Dean is straightforward and honest. Initially he tried to talk us out of replacing our siding until he saw how bad it was. I highly recommend Dr. Exteriors and will use them again!

Dean and his team did an awesome job replacing siding on our house. We had 2 other companies come out to provide a quote & they never sent it. Dean walked the house with me, was up front about some possible fixes & got me the quote when he said he would. Also did the flashing for my new deck & gave me pointers on how to build it. I had them replace and repair some rotted wood windows at my house. I did a lot of research and found the windows that they installed to be of very good quality. Their price was competitive with the 3 other companies I had submit estimates. As with any job, install is just as important as the product being put in and I was very impressed with their crew. They were the only company I could find that had their own installers, not subcontractors. This in my opinion makes a huge difference in quality control. You can tell Dean is a stickler for detail and cleanliness and I really appreciated his upfront, honest approach. I will be using them again in the future and you should too!
