Raymond at Metro Renovator is detail oriented, highly professional, knowledgeable and technically proficient, and he did a very good job with communication and follow-up. We had a punch list of items after the initial install, and he went through all of it and handled all items timely. The entire job was done thoroughly and neatly, with attention to difficult parts of a mansard-style roof. The finished result has prompted many positive comments from our neighbors -- it looks so much better.

At first this kind of concerned be, but Metro Renovator delivered great service and workmanship. Professional scope of work proposal, excellent reviews by former users, no deposits required paid in full when done, replaced 3-ply delaminate wood deck with 4-ply CDX, replaced two skylights, added ridge & eave ventilation. Supervised 100% during operation, cleanup included magnetic raking yard for staples and nails, remove wood and shingle debris off site and reset existing gutter guard on existing gutters.

My experience with Metro Renovator Group could not have been better. It was an extremely positive experience. Kudos in particular go to Raymond Lee who tried his hardest to respond within hours to any questions or requests for clarifications. He kept everything moving and on track. The highpoints are that Metro replaced my existing roof shingles with "Certainteed Landmark" Architectural shingles and replaced the existing gutters with aluminum seamless gutters and steel mesh gutter guards to keep out leaves and debris. In reality the scope of work was very large and the results were fantastic.

We had to replace our whole roof and three skylights on somewhat short notice because of a leak issue. Raymond's bid was our low bid, which often gives me pause, but I couldn't find any negative reviews of the company. I'm so glad that we chose them - they were on time, did an exceptional job with the replacement as well as the clean-up, and got the details right -sealing around dormers, gutters, and replacing damaged and rotting underlay (and problem-solving with us for an area of our sunporch that wasn't originally constructed well). They also installed additional ventilation to an area of the roof where it was felt to be inadequate at no extra charge. Would highly recommend them and will use them again for other home projects.

My roof is relatively newer that was done by the previous owner but we had a lot of issues due to the poor installation (not surprised since the roof was done prior to listed on the market). Raymond came out to inspect our roof and share the detail information and gave us the solution to resolve the on going issues with our roof. Raymond offered us the roof tune up that includes replacement of all accessories and flashings. We also replaced two of the original skylights. The installers were very professional and clean. My wife and I are extremely sastisfied with the service and we were very happy with our choice.
