Douglas Fry Roofing did an amazing job on the Ludowici tile roof of our National Register home. Jason Fry was instrumental in educating our insurance company on what needed to be done after a catastrophic storm blew part of our roof off. He was an incredibly effective and patient advocate.

Jason Fry and his crew lifted and relaid our clay tile roof damaged during an 80 mph wind and hail storm. Jason successfully negotiated our insurance claim to cover the damage. He ordered matching clay tiles and installed the roof with quality materials. He kept me informed throughout the process and remained punctual with the projected work timeline. His crew worked professionally, kept the work site orderly, and completed all tasks expertly. I feel confident the repaired clay tile roof will protect the house for decades to come, and the completed product looks great!

Jason Fry was very responsive to our need to have our roof replaced before the closing of our property. Jason was respectful and professional in providing a quote and getting the work scheduled. Using Douglas Fry Roofing to replace my roof and gutters from hail damage was a great decision. Jason answered all my concerns, the 8/12 pitch wasn’t an issue, he made sure the shingles were installed when it was just the right temperature to get maximum adhesion. The Atlas shingles look great and the high profile ridge and hip shingles really set the roof off. The gutters are also amazing with expert installation, no gaps, no leaks, a perfect fit.

Today's Friday I called and told them that I had a shingle that's deteriorated that's needing replacement (from another company) they said they'd be out on Monday !

Jason was great to work with as we worked through hail damage to our roof. He provided initial guidance and spent extra time as we made decisions regarding the final product we used. We decided to upgrade to DaVinci composite shake shingles. We could not be more happy with the finished look these shingles gave our house. Jason even coordinated help with another contractor to repair rot that needed to be fixed on our house, and coordinated the timing of those repairs during the roof installation.

If I had any complaint, there was not the extra effort taken to protect the property during the tear off and install process. Some minor damage was incurred but Jason worked to satisfactorily make the situation right.

Removed every piece of our roof clay tile, discarded the old underlayment with a new improved product and then returned the existing clay tile. Very labor intensive and time consuming. The crew of four did everything stated and were wonderful to work with. They were very efficient and trustworthy and did an excellent job. Would definitely recommend Doug Fry Roofing.

Great experience and extremely competent workers. I called them to look at a couple of areas of our tile roof that had problems. They promptly came out, examined my whole roof and found another area with a soon to be serious problem. They were able to come back soon, did all repairs quickly and cleaned up thoroughly. I worked with Jason to have my old leaky roof replaced. He came out when scheduled and kept me informed along the way. We had scheduled to work during a week of rain so we had to delay a few days. He had his crew out the first solid day without rain and they had it done in a day. The roof looks great and the next day when it rained again we had no leaks. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who asks. Their price was middle of the road but they included everything that was needed and fully explained the bid without overselling. Jason was easy to work with and responded to phone calls and emails promptly.

I have a good friend that is a professional roofer (local) and he told me to call Fry Roofing for my tile-roof repair. Jason Fry helped me and really knows his stuff. Honest and professional service. We purchased a pre-owned home and the previous roof "repair" was performed improperly. Jason recognized the botched repair and corrected it before it had a chance to damage the inside of the house. Doug fry roofing has done our two last roofs. The last one from hail damage right before we sold our house. Jason came out to our new house and put shake shingles and metal on my studio remodel and a new roof. They have always done a great job.

They replyed to my requst for an estimate very guickly. Jason gave me a lot of imformation on different roofs and was plesant and personable.

Jason to the rescue!! After a horrible experience with another company (that subsequently caused major interior damage) I was able to get a hold of Fry roofing on Memorial Day weekend and set up an appointment to get the job done right. Of the three contractors I contacted Jason was the only one that actually got on the roof to look at the damage. He answered his emails and phone promptly and everything was explained to me before during and after the repair was made.

Jason sent me a file of pictures showing the incompetencies of the other company and how Fry roofing fixed everything. If you need slate tile roofing done these are your guys!! I looked for Jasons red cape as he was leaving.. he was a real hero for us. Thank you again for your quick response to our leaking home.

He go on the roof to evaluate the cause of the leaks (had 2 leaks on a tile roof) gave me a very reasonable estimate and said that it would be 2 to 4 weeks before the work could be done because of all the recent rains. Douglas Fry Roofing completed the work within 3 weeks of my initial appointment and for the estimated amount. I had contacted several other major Roofing Companies, but it was clear that Douglas Fry Roofing knew what they were doing. I feel very confident that the leaks are fixed.
