Would not recommend. kept me on the line for over a year and then lied at the very end to get out of doing the job. would not give me an estimate. I had to call multiple times very unprofessional. He acted like he was doing me a favor when I was trying to pay him for a job.

He and his team were exceptional in all aspects of the job: always on time, high quality workmanship and very reasonable cost. Doug Drake remodeled our master bathroom. Removed old fiberglass tub and shower and added a walk in shower, toilet and vanity. We couldn’t have been happier with the results.
Mr. Drake also built a beautiful pergola on our front porch and a wonderful covered back porch. We are so glad we used Drake Development for all our remodeling. We will not hesitate to call him for any future remodeling.
