Island Electric installed my Generac generator. They also added a light in a closet and an outlet in the eave outside with a timer switch in the garage, all in one day. They were very professional, hard workers and had to troubleshoot a couple of previously unseen problems with the house during the wiring process. I highly recommend this company.

I needed to have an existing 240V circuit and outlet converted to a 120V circuit and outlet for our new oven. Chris came to the house when promised, to give me a price for the work. He scheduled another day to come back to do the work. He and his assistant arrived the second time (again - when promised) to do the job. The work was completed quickly, as expected. There were no surprises, and the new circuit was completed. The work was done well, very professionally. I was charged exactly what Chris told me I would be charged when he gave me the estimate at his first visit. Chris is very knowledgeable and both men were easy to work with. Chris answered all of my questions, and even asked me if I wanted to know anything else before he left. This was the first job I had done by Island Electric - but it won't be the last. A call to Island Electric and they responded quickly. They were able troubleshoot and identify the issue. Great work and good people. Very dependable!

Once again Island Electric comes through!! Thought the new generator had an issue but they determined there was no power to our pump house. Jake came after hours, in the dark and rain, found a break in the power line, fixed the break, dealt with PSE to restore power. Rare to find people that provide this level of service. I called Island Electric after losing power to a few circuits in my new house and Jeff was able to see a couple of photos of my circuit and noticed that there were cables going to a generator box that had gotten flipped. I was expecting to be waiting days with other electricians, but Jeff was able to fix my problem over the phone in minutes. Amazing help, amazing service. Jeff and the rest of Island Electric have been taking caring of our house in Freeland for several years now and it's been first rate service. They have installed a Generac whole house generator system, pulled a new circuit for our heat pump installation, replaced much of our interior lighting with ceiling LED fixtures, and so on. The prices are competitive the workmanship is good, and Jeff is an honest man. Highly recommended.

Island Electric came to my rescue. I had a kitchen light fixture that needed to be checked to see if it was still working after my roof leaked through my ceiling and into my light fixture and to have it reconnected. I also had a kitchen GFI outlet that needed to be re-connected correctly. Both the light fixtures and outlet are working perfectly now.
When I called the office to schedule for an electrician to come out, they instead were able to send someone right away.

We were very pleased with the work performed for us by Island Electric. We had lost power to our septic pump and did not know where the underground electrical connection fed into the house system. Super Satisfied....We needed additional outlets in our garage and wanted to hide wires on our wall mounted TV. The work and price estimate were explained. Prices were fair. A lot of good things came together for our household when we had Island Electric take care of a vexing problem: our old fluorescents were malfunctioning because, after 20+ years, their ballasts had gone bad. Island Electric came. They assessed. And they FIXED! Plus...they were friendly and efficient in the process! Now our fluorescents are ballast-free, their innards having been replaced by the new, non-ballast technology...and each of them now works fabulously!

They do it all! I had power run from my house to my shop and they did it all. They wired the shop, dug the trench, coordinated with PSE, all of it. Very professional work by two seasoned electricians who found the cause of a major interior electrical outage and fixed it, as well as installing 2 outlets in less than two hours. Their job looks great and everything works fine.

April emergency #1. Always on a weekend. Tennant lost one leg of the 220. The guys worked hours on Saturday digging to find the problem and had to come back on Sunday to finish up. Tennant happy. Owner happy. Not sure if the bosses wives were happy. Another save by the brave team at Island Electric.
