A Clean Streak

Had to come back because there were so many streaks. Even the second time after they left the windows still look horrible and never really felt clean. This is a company we have used a few times and we’re super super happy with, but it seems quality has gone down. It could have been the employees they have hired that did the job.
Like I said the owner when he does the job it’s great.

Looks good, except the windows. When rinsing the debris of the windows, the windows dried spotted. I don't think that is your fault as we have minerals in our water. Plus, we did not contract to have our windows done. So good job, done quickly.

This is our second time using A Clean Streak. The team was professional and courteous providing updates and descriptions of their work. Our house looks amazing with clean gutters, roof and siding. I would recommend this company to anyone!

The gentleman who did our gutters. and windows was not intrusive. When he arrived he went to work immediately and we are very happy with his work.

I appreciated the appointment confirmation and reminders. They texted when they were on there way and showed up at the time they had indicated. They seemed thorough and responsive. The gutters look great for the gutters I can see. I will know more when it rains hard again.

Mostly it was good, they kept in touch with me about scheduling and work. When I got home the roof was clean, when it rained the gutters worked etc. HOWEVER, they did not take care of my yard. There seems to have been some chemical spill onto my plantings which are not doing well. There is also a large patch of moss on my front walkway, that I was cultivating thank you very much, that is now dead. There is also a long dirty streak down my dining room window that I need to get out and clean. So, they did the big things right and well and I have a problem with some of the details. Hence the lack of the fifth star.

Chase arrived on time, and did a GREAT job with pressure washing and cleaning our stone patio! All moss gone, all old stains gone, stones look fresh and clean! Only wish this could have been done when originally scheduled, crew was busy and we had to re-schedule to 2 weeks later. But in the end the job was well-done!

The windows look great...I can't wait for the sun to shine! The technicians were thorough, thoughtful and kept me informed. A job well done!

The crew did a pretty thorough job. Extra attention in cleaning the screens which I liked.There were some missed areas but all in all we were pretty satisfied.

I was happy with my service today. No steaks! My only problem was that there was a little black goo from months of accumulation left in the window runners.

Excellent service cleaning all of my windows, inside and out. Very thorough in their cleaning. Although a relatively new employee, Dakota did an amazing job.

I am pleased with the job they did on the roof and siding of the house and garage. However the team that did the windows the following day did not do the window tracks at all. In 'Clean Streaks' defense they did send a team to redo the tracks but I had to cancel as I was sick that day. I do not have the time now to have them come out again as the house is going on sale next week.
I am partially at fault, I should have checked their work, but one does expect that a job is done properly as described in the work order. Recommend customers don't make the same mistake as I did and spot check their work before letting the workers leave.

We had our windows inside and out cleaned along with roof. The guys did an amazing job. Would highly recommend!

Ours was a huge roof and window cleaning job, 3-4 years
of accumulation in a moderately dense wood. I envisioned
lots of specific problems and these guys avoided all of them.
The only tiny issue was a single strand of year-round lights on
one of our bushes was severed by cascading debris. Time to replace anyway! Roof and skylights were left spotless and windows likewise. Only other regret is the guys refused a cup
of my coffee... :)

I have called A Clean Streak annually for the past 6 years, and they continue to do a great job at a reasonable price. Highly recommend.

We asked A Clean Streak to clean windows and gutters on our rental property, where we could not be present for the work. We had specific needs for windows way out of our reach. They squeezed us into their schedule very quickly and did a great job on all of it.

the young men that came to do our windows were great. They were polite and, the they did the job really well. I can see out my windows now LOL

To the untrained eye, these pictures don't look like much . . .
But, the homeowner sees the difference! ! ! Need to wait a while to see the moss on the roof and mold on the gutters go away - because of the soft scrub and mold killer. I saw them working - very professional! One of them was picking up the moss that fell into my lawn . .

Both young men were polite and professional. The windows look great. The windows literally sparkle, and the screens washed and clean as advertised. Great job. A returning customer.

Great job by Jacob and Lark at A Clean Streak. They washed our outside windows and skylights. They were on time, polite and they did an incredible job!!

They came on time and did a good job. Have used them for several years and will continue to do so.

This is my 3rd time to use Clean Streak and the first time I have not been satisfied. The inside frames were surprisingly dirty when I inspected them upon arriving home. I texted immediately with my concerns, and they shuffled the schedule so I could get a redo. Jacob came and did a wonderful job! He explained that the power washing from outside had washed down a residue that collected in the frames and had been overlooked the first time. With apologies… he made them look sparkling.

They do a great job on the windows but they need to do a walk through before they leave. Generally they miss some of the screens in this case 5 screens upstairs. Otherwise highly recommend them,

Clean Streak is very reliable and professional. I confess I am very picky about my windows as I face west and when the sun shines, it will show any or every dirt mark. There were just a very few of these (like I said picky) so got a 4 instead of 5. But I've used them before and will again :)

They were outstanding! Had some skylites & high windows that required extra ladders etc. Very happy & pleased with their work. Recommended to my neighbor!
