Tommy and his team are the best! I was in a bind and they helped like no one else could. They are total professionals and explain everything in simple terms. From cars hitting my house to storm damage to minor repairs, they’ve done it all and they do it right.

Nate and the staff at Done Right Home Improvement did an amazing job with helping us navigate the insurance company during the July 2024 storm. His customer service and the other trades involved were amazing. He was always available for a call or on-site making sure timelines and commitments were met. I have passed his and the name along to others.

Done Right Home Improvements lives by its name! They were prompt, responsive, thorough and knowledgeable relieving all my concerns. They found the cause of the condensation creating the moisture and water coming through my ceiling and clearly explained what was going on with pictures. Done Right was easy to work with. Justin was top notch and made the experience less cumbersome as he handled a lot of the claim justification with the insurance claim. Curt, with Done Right Home Improvements, is stellar in his honest approach to help me understand the best course for replacing my windows, siding, and roof. I have worked with DRHI for almost four years through many home improvement projects. Curt goes above and beyond the expectations of answering questions, making suggestions, and explaining why things are done the way they are done. He makes sure you know what is going to happen, even while it’s happening, and lets you know of any small hiccups as they arise. As I was starting a flooring project, I found mold in my pantry, which led me to gut the pantry leaving literal holes in the side of my home. Curt (and Tom) came to my home to help me work through the best scenario to fix the exterior walls and get siding done in a timely manner. He makes it known that he works FOR YOU with everything he does for your home.

Curt always supports the products I choose and does not try to sway me in another direction unless he deems something necessary. There is no pressure to upsell anything and the way he explains things makes the whole project flawless. He also handles every project as if this was a project at his own home. I have been more than pleased with his passion for doing an impeccable job. Curt has stood behind everything I have done to my home. We had our roof and gutters replaced on our house and garage. Done Right completed the project on time and on budget. Justin was very helpful and handled the insurance company after our initial contact. The contractors left the yard very clean. This was important because we have kids and pets. We didn't want anybody stepping on a stray roofing nail. The whole process was super easy. We would hire them again for sure.

A few years ago we had our siding done by Done Right. This year we have had multiple severe storms. Our roof and cars took major hits but our siding withstood the hail and wind without damage. Seems they sold me a great product and installed it well.

We love our new gutters. They work well & having an adjustable downspout is a nice bonus. Done Right even worked with us after we made a mistake & put one downspout in the wrong place.

Justin Templeton is the project manager & he’s a consummate professional. Not only has he been very knowledgeable & extremely helpful, but he’s been available when we needed him, even at inconvenient times for him. I was super impressed with his customer service skills & availability.

Furthermore, Justin’s intent was to help us (give us what we needed & wanted), rather than upsell us to make more money. It was rewarding & very much appreciated after dealing with the cutthroat salesman at Leaf Filter Gutter Protection.

Finally, Done Right has helped us when we needed it most. We had a roof leak that had become a serious problem & needed to be fixed ASAP. Hence, I called Done Right. But at that time, they were so swamped with work they were not accepting new jobs.

However, Done Right made an exception for us & completed the job because it was urgent & almost an emergency. In doing so, Done Right showed how much they care for us as their customer; Done Right showed how much they value our business. We were so impressed & grateful.

We cannot say enough about the professional, courteous and knowledgeable team Tom Shaw has put together over the years my wife and I have utilized the products/services of Done Right Home Improvements. We have done business with Tom going back almost 20 years. Tom has installed several basement windows in two houses, a kitchen garden window and put a new roof on a house we were selling 15 years ago. Tom sent one of his roofing guys out when we moved into our new home to inspect our 20-year-old shake shingle roof. He informed me there was probably a good 10-15 years life left on the roof. Two years ago, Tom replaced our rain gutters. Last year we replaced the roof with a new composite roof on our home. When we noticed water stains on our ceiling after the new roof and skylights had been in about a year, Nate, Angel and Tom came out and inspected everything discovering the composite roof exacerbated an existing issue we had with the intake/outtake air distribution in our attic. The roof and skylights were not leaking but over the winter we were getting condensation due to the imbalance. Nate and Tom solved the problem by balancing the air distribution with better ventilation solving the condensation issues. Tom’s teams were extremely efficient, professional and polite when working on our property and took the time to explain things to us when we had questions. After the storms in April 2024 we had some pretty bad roof, deck , fence and paint damage. I contacted Done Right and spoke with Lisa. She was very helpful and what she promised they delivered. Fast and prompt with communication with Andy. He came out when he said he would. Then made more trips to meet my insurance guy to walk around and fight for us. He pointed out things my insurance guy wanted to ignore. Andy fought for us and we very much appreciated that. Andy also found we didn’t have proper ventilation and was able to fix that problem as well. We love our roof. He also made sure the color of our roof was HOA approved. This is our first time dealing with a HOA. This whole process was easy and we are very happy with everything. Thanks to the whole crew from Done Right. .

Done Right did it right! (sorry it’s cheesy). Really, from the thorough inspection to a bit of push and pull with the estimator (lots of research and patience, too), down to the final expert installation/repair of all our siding, gutters and roof - an all around EXCELLENT job and excellent people to work with.

I want to thank Brad, and the gutter crew from Done Right for replacing the damaged gutter on our building. I appreciate the detail to pitch it a little more than the old gutter, and to make sure it's mounted securely to prevent the snow damage we experienced in the past. Very happy with our experience. Justin was thorough and professional. After the work was done, he stopped by to inspect it and found one or two small things I never would have caught. He then had the crew return to fix them which impressed me. I would definitely recommend Done Right.

I bought and had new windows installed years ago from Done Right. Recently, some of the screen clips broke off. Lisa answered my email right away with a phone call. She collected all the relevant information and then proceeded to call the vendor to track down the broken parts. She kept me informed during the entire process and got time on the schedule to get them reinstalled (even though I said mailing would be fine). Went above and beyond on customer service! Everyone I interacted with was friendly and helpful.

Tom and the whole crew at Done Right are extremely knowledgeable and quick to help. They came out twice very quickly and accommodated my schedule to inspect our attic for condensation issues. Unfortunately we weren’t able to move forward with the repairs and Tom and team were extremely understanding and compassionate. Highly recommend this company for any roofing, siding, windows and gutter repairs! They are amazing and super friendly!

Communicated very well. Easy to work with. Very professional. All workers, staff and project leaders are great to work with. They will walk you through any questions - always ask a lot of questions. Insurance was easy to deal between them and also my mortgage company. Done Right - I will recommend to anyone with roof issues. We were in need of correcting a rain flow problem and Justin came up with a great solution. He is very knowledgeable about codes and keeping rain water where it belongs. Justin and his crew very easy to work with and at a reasonable cost.

Cannot say enough good about Done Right and our salesman, Nate! Nate had come to look at our roof summer 2022 after a hail storm (along with two other companies) and all three companies said we didn’t need a roof. This past spring, Nate (who lives in our neighborhood) stopped by and told my husband he would like to look at our roof again. After the past winter, it didn’t look as good as it had the following year. We ended up with a new roof, some window wraps, gutter guards and even added gutters to our shed, which husband had long wanted. The prices were great, customer service phenomenal, all work done top notch! Nate was a great help, working with our insurance company as well! Just a wonderful experience and how many people can say that, as far as replacing a roof?! Would recommend them to anyone! Thank you!!

Andy in The done right team were absolutely fantastic. Andy took the time to walk through everything with us and help us make an educated decision on what way to go with our siding and gutters. The installation team was incredibly professional and did fantastic work. We could not be more appreciative as to how great they made our house look.

I had some siding damage from a hailstorm last year. Tom and his team worked with my insurance company and got the complete house resided along with new gutters and guards. The house looks great now, thanks to Do Right Home Improvement.

We had siding installed. Tyler Fenger was our rep and he managed the job from estimate to completion. Very responsive and at the site every day at least once. The install crew did a fantastic job and paid attention to detail for an outcome that we are completely satisfied with. Our house looks great. I highly recommend this company, and specifically Tyler.

Very prompt, my daughter found them on Next Door App. I have never been so pleased with them. Tyler was the gentleman that came out, and was so great at his work, I had some parts to my cable and facet blow off and landed on the roof, he fixed it for me and now I’m so happy, I will always remember to call this company. The service not listed includes siding, and screen repair from hail damage. It was a great experience working with Nate Davis. He was knowledgeable on what was needed and kept us informed on when the materials would be ordered, delivered and when the repairs would be made. In this day and age of product availability and staff shortages the work was done in a timely manner. He worked with the insurance company so we didn't have to making this experience easy for us. The crews that did the work were courteous and efficient. They did a good job with the repairs and cleaning up afterwards. We will recommend Done Right to friends and family. If necessary we would use this company again.

Curt and his crew replaced my gutters and flat roof membrane. We couldn't be more pleased! Very professional and always on time! My wife and I will definitely use their services in the future.

We needed new siding! We had wooden slats that were rotting out. My wife and I didn't want to repair, repaint, replace the slats for the short term. We started looking around for siding, I contacted six different companies, and received four estimates. Each estimate was more ridiculously inflated than the last, with time frames ranging from 6-18 months before work could even begin. A friend recommended Tyler from Done Right Home Improvement. Tyler came out, took some measurements and provided an estimate that was completely within the realms of reality. Within three months he had the material and was ready to go, but we had to delay him since we were waiting on doors. Tyler and his team showed up and did an amazing job replacing the rotten wood, adding insulation, and finally the siding in a color combination that my wife and I (and the neighbors) are completely happy with! It took them two and a half weeks to completely side and trim a 3100sqft two story house (it would have been two weeks, but weather didn't cooperate). I would recommend Tyler and Done Right Siding to anyone without hesitation for any project. My only regret is I did not contact them sooner. Thank you.

Guys, let’s face it, if you’re looking for a roofer there’s a lot of options out there. Why do I keep going back to Done Right? Because they’ve never let me down. They do the job quickly and professionally and there is constant communication thru-out the entire process. I can’t say enough good things about these guys.

If you're looking for an outstanding project manager to work with, Jon Swanson is the best! So much knowledge about his job and the products. Goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything. Extremely organized and everything done in a very timely manner. After waiting many months for another contractor to call me back about my roof, I decided to call Done Right. I left a message on a Sunday night and got a response the next day. Curt came out later that week to assess the roof and got back to me by the end of the week. Curt went to bat for us with the insurance company and got them to pay out more than they originally quoted.

The roofing crew worked quickly and finished in a timely manner. Afterwards, Curt came back to make sure everything was completed to satisfaction.

I would recommend Done Right for any of your home improvement needs.

Fantastic. Josh, Project Manager, kept me informed by text or calling. Josh showed up when the insurance inspector was here to answer any questions and make sure it was done correctly. I appreciate his input on shingles, never felt any pressure to select a certain one. The crew was great to work with also, as I have 3 large dogs so they made sure there we were able to safely go out for bathroom breaks. They did a great job on clean up and completed a steep incline roof in 1 day. I was surprised as a company I used previously took a lot longer. I will be using them for the siding replacement also. I highly recommend this company as they are courteous, great prices, and keep you informed. I did contact Josh with questions as they came up and he replied promptly.

I had 4-5 companies come out to find the source of a leak and had different opinions from all of them. I wanted to get one last opinion from someone with siding and roofing experience so I called Done Right. Tom & Tyler came to look at the issue and were the only people willing to go up in the attic to further investigate the leak. They saw issues with the roof (which is still under warranty) and Tom personally called the original roofer and asked him to come look at the roof together. I had previously had the roofer look at it, but this call and meeting with Tom convinced the original roofer to come back out and repair the issues in the roof the next day. They went above and beyond to make sure I got the answers I needed and had a solution before they left. I would absolutely hire them if I need any help with my home’s exterior in the future!

He came out, on time, scaled my roof, and found my issue. Needless to say it wasn’t a new roof, small repair to one of my vents. His price was fair, he was quick, and didn’t try to sell me something I didn’t need. He had earned my business when my roof is due for replacement. Highly recommend these guys!

Anytime we need to hire repair people, we cringe. It is always taking a chance that you will be taken advantage of....however, Done Right is not that way at all! This company was very responsive to our needs. They showed up early ready to solve our problems! Done Right will be our first call for all of our needs. Andy Aken is an amazing person, a lot of experience, knew the fire codes, and solved the roofing issue we had in a short amount of time with the least amount of hassle. Andy is our new repair expert!

July, 2023: Curt was always on time for appointments and responded quickly to any questions or concerns I had. They did some soffit and siding work for me, and it came out better than I anticipated. After they were done, I asked for one little siding patch job down below that wasn't part of the original bid, and they got right on it and didn't charge me. Great group of people to deal with from the office staff to the Project Manager. Highly recommended and they will always get a request for bid from me in the future.

2019: Greg G. and Done Right Home Improvements treated me very fair and did the work they stated they would do for a very fair price. I have rental properties here in town, and they're the first one I go to for exterior work. I usually don't have to look elsewhere. Top Notch Company. Great communications too.
