We recently used Donaly to replace the roofs on our complex along with multiple skylights. They were great. They were not the cheapest option but I'm incredibly glad we went with them. They were super responsive to our concerns. They came out when contacted, even after the job was complete if we had questions or concerns. We also have a pesky neighbor who they bent over backwards to accommodate and maintain the peace during the project.

I also asked for progress photos at certain points to see what my ceiling space looked like and they happily accommodated that extra step.

We are still waiting for the skylights to arrive (supply chain) but we've had no issues with the roof and the entire process was made easier because we went with Donaly.

ETA: they even did a patch on the roof for free in the interim under our job started to mitigate leaking

Replaced our roof last year, had to "mother" workers into picking up rubbish in our property and keeping to a schedule. Roof has leaked three times (it's only been a few months) despite them coming over to shovel ice dams and caulk, now its another problem. Every time I call I am called "impossible" for complaining about my leaky new roof and and the owner challenges me to lawyer up and find another roofer. Should have gone with another company.

Just witnessed an altercation between a Donaly employee and a biker in River West. The company truck was parked in the middle of the bike lane and blocking the entire lane. The biker was upset and asked the employee to find another parking spot next time and continued riding. The employee proceeded to yell profanities at the biker for a solid 30 seconds. The biker was long gone but my two children and I had to listen to him rant. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Especially when he was in the wrong.
