Our experience with Don Kennedy roofing was not great! Anything that we were promised didn’t happen!! Phone calls were not returned or answered. As soon as we got home from work, the foreman left, leaving the crew unsupervised and they trashed our attic, leaving trash and debris everywhere. We were told we would have access to our backyard and driveway. LIE!!! DONT USE Don Kennedy Roofing Company, if you want honest communication and customer service! We’re very disappointed with this company. I have been trying to contact them for several days now and they haven’t responded! Pathetic customer service!

Everything is great. If I had one complaint, it would be that I had no idea this work was scheduled for yesterday and was caught off guard arriving home from work.
Some schedule notice would have been great.

We were blessed when Ethan Burke entered our home to help us with a roof leak in our back bedroom. He went into our attic and took photos of problems he found and then onto our metal roof. After his intense inspection of our attic and roof he had solved our problem. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Ethan went above and beyond to make sure he could meet our needs. Not only did we receive excellent service, we now have a very good friend and We will recommend Don Kennedy Roofing to all our friends. Thank you so much for putting a smile back on our face Ethan❣️

Big shout out to Ethan Burke for his inspection at my home He was very thorough, going over EVERY detail regarding the damage and replacement of my very old roof and gutters. Nathanael did a great job inspecting our roof and gutters, and he pointed out some areas in the attic that needed attention, as well. We just signed a contract with DKR, and we are relying on their fine reputation to keep our roof in great shape for years to come.

We recently had a roof evaluation from Don Kennedy Roofing, following a hail storm in our area. Nathaniel Hall did a thorough assessment, including pictures of the damage that he saw. He was able to explain the damage and make recommendations concerning our hail damage. We were impressed with the professional expertise and knowledge that he exhibited.We are longtime customers of Don Kennedy, and Nathaniel is another example of the caliber of employees we have met at Don Kennedy through the years; and, the reason we continue to be satisfied customers.

This is my third roofing job with Don Kennedy. As before the job was completed in a professional manner. The post job cleanup was complete. The project manager, Joe Burchell, kept us informed about the various steps from delivery of supplies and materials to the final inspection. Never thought of any other company except Don Kennedy for this roofing job.

I was so impressed by the work that was done. Getting our roof completely replaced in 1 day was amazing!

I received several quotes from other companies for my project. The other companies submitted quotes for thousands more indicating I needed more work than necessary and without a detailed quote. While it was true I needed siding replaced, however, this was not the core issue of my leaking roof. Damien Roberts found issues the others didn’t, and he gave me a quote to solve my leaking roof issue only. He sat in my kitchen, showed me pictures on his computer of my roof issue, the work that would be done in detail, and a specific quote for the job and materials needed to complete the project.
Don Kennedy will get my business again if needed. I can’t thank Damien enough for his expertise and professionalism.

I can't give you a review because they showed up without the proper products. And they couldn't even start the job, they asked if they could come back in the morning to do it, and hopefully they will do the job then why they would show up without the proper products is beyond me. Now I have to spend not 1 day, but 2 days waiting on them to do the job. Not very conducive to public satisfaction.

Ryan was super helpful and very friendly.. he was very professional and helped with any questions we had!! Would definitely recommend them.

Laziest of the lazy. Ordered black gutters- came home to white gutters. They cut corners all around the house.

Took 3 install teams to complete the works and almost 2 weeks just for gutters.

Not a single downspout on my house is even vertical. They added corners and bends to the downspouts and they look awful.

There is no reason to contact Don Kennedy for any work at your home.

Don Kennedy Roofing was professional all throughout the process, from signing the contract to replacing the roof. They worked hard to ensure everything was done with excellence and was completed in a timely manner. I highly recommend them. I especially want to thank Brandon for his thorough inspection of our old roof and for his guidance and transparency in helping us understand all that needed to be replaced.

Ryan and Justin did an amazing job. I was told by another company my leak could not be found unless it was raining. They got right to it identified the leak and fixed it right on the spot. No extra steps or hassles it’s hard to find honesty in this type of business these days so very appreciative.

Today while driving on Fesslers Lane, my family was cut off by a man in a bandana smoking in his work truck. He shot in front of us, barely avoiding us, and when my husband honked, he gave us the classic one finger wave. Excellent representation of the company.

In response to the company, my dash cam says otherwise. He definitely flipped us off and definitely did NOT wave to indicatean apology. Add dishonesty to the list of reasons not to do business with this company.

Justin and ryan came out to address a roof leak we had a few weeks ago. They were very professional we will definitely be referring Don Kennedy in the future!

We have to praise Don Kennedy Roofing for sending out such a professional account manager named Brandon W. to give us a roofing analysis. We were nervous asking for an analysis of our 13 year old roof because we didn't want to face the cost of replacement, and worse...a dreaded pressure sales job. Nothing with our encounter with Brandon could be further from the truth. He checked out our attic first taking photos and reviewing those with us. He then climbed up on the roof and took more photos. Good news for us, our roof is good and only needed a couple places to be caulked. We had a tube of sealant, so Brandon climbed back up and did the repair. We are so relieved and pleased with his analysis. At no cost to us, we now know that our roof is good for a few more years. Thank you Don Kennedy Roofing...we'll call only your company when we need you.

The person who came to give us an estimate was friendly and professional. He took photos to show us the problems and gave us options for solutions. No sales pitches, just a thourough explanation.
Although storms were expected, Bubba showed up to make a storm damage repair, replace ridge cap and place 4 whirlybirds. He wasted no time getting to work, still got wet but finished up and everything looks great. I hope we don't need them again, but if a need arises Don Kennedy Roofing is who I'll be calling.

Kennedy Roofing replaced a Turbine Vent on my roof and did a great job. Their rep, Nolan Evans is a pleasure to work with-responsive and great follow up. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service by Bryan Smith! Bryan arrived early, explained the issue and promptly repaired the problem. I rarely leave reviews but this company always exceeds our expectations.

I’ve used Don Kennedy Roofing for years, Justin and Ryan took care of a leak I had recently and they always call me and let me know when they are there, what they’ve done and when they finish! I have never met an employee of theirs, that has done poorly or be unprofessional. They care and work hard to get any job done. Highly recommend.
