From assistance with design to step-by-step tear down and renovation using only quality techniques and products - we trusted their knowledge and experience. Further, customer service was/is always paramount. They were only a phone call (or text) away when we had questions or changes throughout the process - providing patient and thorough insight - even after the project was complete. Their team of contractors had free access to our property during construction and the care taken of our home was impeccable. Don and Tracy were wonderful to work with. Our project was well managed and organized with great communication. Tracy helped identify and source materials that were in stock and worked in our budget.
