So LUCKY to have found a great roofer for flat roofs in Santa Fe!
They really took their time and energy to get everything right!
Very reasonable prices because I have been at this for years.
I must have had twenty roofs done over 35 years and at least twenty different properties.
Definitely the best for big or small jobs.

You can't do any better than Enchantment roofing. From the owner down to the employees, all super professional and do not have the mañana syndrome. Dominic, the owner came and inspected our actively leaking roof, pulled some of his guys to immediately stave off more damage to the roof/house. It just tells you how professional Dominic is when he gives you his personal cell # to text too (and replies back). Honest and fair pricing, trustworthy employees that I would be at work while they were working on the inside of my house. Coming from out of state, I am glad that I found Enchantment Roofing.
Oh, and they do more than roofing as I had water break through the plaster and into my house. He brought drywallers and plaster employees to put it all back together again.
Once again, super professional. All works was done up front and payment after work was completed.

Received an estimate from Dominic to do a maintenance on an existing roof that was approximately 15,000 sq. ft. He was recommended by an employee who had a positive experience with a new roof and a warranty call with Enchantment. The work was done cleanly and professionally. We have had a small rain and so far so good. Seems like a nice guy to deal with.

Wish I could review their actual work. They were recommended to me by a close friend and neighbor. I called to make an appointment and they never showed up. Left a voice mail for the owner on his cell phone and also at their office and never received a response. Not very professional. Needless to say, I found another company in Santa Fe that understands customer satisfaction. My only suggestion is doing your homework on companies here in Santa Fe and getting multiple estimates. You'll be able to weed out the least professional contractors more efficiently.

Dishonest: Charged for 2,400 sq. ft. of new roofing when only 1,700 sq. feet were put on the house.
Incompetent: The new roof leaked the first time it rained.
Rude: Dominic, the owner of Enchantment Roofing, told my renter that he should shut up if he wanted to keep his teeth in his mouth.

We had a wonderful experience using Enchantment Roofing Service in March of this year.
We had developed several leaks during the winter on our existing roof. We asked a realtor for a recommendation for a roofing service and Enchantment Roofing Service was recommended. They made us a proposal and after we accepted and signed the proposal they came within 24 hours.

They removed the dirt and debris from our existing roof system and provided a 3 course seal on our roof, vents, stacks, skylights, installed a new modified bitumen membrane and put a UV protective coating. They also patched, repaired and painted interior blemishes in the walls and ceiling where water damage had occurred. A 3 year warranty was included.
We have had several rains since then and we are very pleased that our problems were fixed. We were also impressed that they took the time to call us and check if we were happy with their service or if we had any questions.

We will recommend them in the future.

Enchantment roofing is very profession, prompt & on time. Throughout the time that I have done business with Dominic he always communicated and let me know what was going to be done to my home. Not only did they do a great job on my roof but an amazing job on stuccoing my home.

I had a roof done by Enchantment Roofing in 2010. They did great work. A few years later though when I needed to have some warranty service done on a few spots they would not honor the warranty saying that for the warranty to be valid I needed to have them inspect the roof every years since the work was done. I ended up paying a handyman to do the work even though I have a 10 year warranty. While the work alone would have got them a 5 star the way they handled the warranty soured my feelings to a 2 star. My warranty says nothing about needing an annual inspection.
