We were looking to find a company that could replace the weathered southern side of our home. Years of abuse from sun and rain had caused damage to the exposed cedar siding. I called several companies asking for help and Dom Construction was one of them. They came out immediately and proposed a plan of siding replacement. A project proposal was quickly drawn up meeting our needs. Cedar siding was in very short supply but Dom was able to find enough to complete the job. Very happy with the outcome of the completed job. Looks like new! Thank you Dom for your quality of workmanship and expertise.

DOM construction has been absolutely the best company we have worked with (and we have done lots of remodeling). They sided and painted as well as repaired some rot. They were on time, quick, professional, and kept open communication the ENTIRE time. We decided on this project that we wanted to go with a more professional company instead of a one man show, the bid was a little more spendy then others but we are so glad we chose to go with them! Carla and Steve were great to work with and the crews were all top notch even when my old house threw some challenges (like rot and no plywood) their way. We are thrilled with the ease of this huge project and the low/no stress this project has been!

DOM Construction installed hardi-plank siding on the south side of our house. They did a great job tending to the details so that the new siding blends well with the existing siding.
The entire team (estimator, siders and painters) were all courteous and considerate. They took care work around our plants and did a complete clean up when the work was done.
DOM Construction has also done work for us on a rental property, and we'll be calling them back the next time we need work done.

Dom construction replaced our vinyl siding and 1980s windows with lovely Milgard fiberglass windows and HardiPlank siding and shingles. By the time they were done, I felt like they had rebuilt my whole house. The 1940s construction was pretty quirky and they did a great job of working around those challenges. The job came in on-budget and I was amazed at how quickly everything got done. I absolutely would use them again.

Our siding job just completed last week and we are very happy!! Our home looks great, the quality work of the installers and painter were all top notch! Our estimator/project manager was a dream to work with as well. Covid-19 hit just when our windows were being installed and they had to stop that work, which then delayed the siding. Ken was understanding and as soon as our windows were finished siding installers were here the next Monday. We had a couple minor hiccups along the way, as with any construction work, I contacted Ken and was answered immediately. We definitely recommend DOM Construction to anyone looking to reside their home.

Excellent Siding job! Dom was highly recommended by neighbors on the Nextdoor application. Quotes were presented quickly and with complete information. The commitments made were kept and the job was done on time. The attention to detail and quality of the siding replacement was excellent. They worked closely with us whenever they uncovered any issues and made great suggestions on how to resolve. They also replaced our windows (purchased on HD) and cleaned everything up nicely when they were done. They also provided the painting services which resulted in a transformed home. We just finished having our home resided and painted by DOM Construction. We love the new look and are very happy with the quality of all of the work. We had some damage to one side of the house and they totally took care of all of it, replacing studs, headers and other problems that would’ve soon lead to much bigger problems. So we’re very thankful that they found it and completely corrected it. We also had great service from their design team (Carla) who helped us with colors, the type of siding that we wanted, etc. We completely recommend DOM for any siding or painting projects that you have.

We started our remodel right before COVID-19. Carla, via DOM Construction got us squared away anyhow. The two person crew (Terras and Alex) knocked out the siding in only a few weeks. They worked non-stop from the time they arrived until the end of the work day. Each day the cleaned up the job site. Another Alex and his father painted the house. Both crews were in constant communication with me to ensure I was satisfied with their work. The only hang-up was with the window supplier but our PM Carla set that straight. As soon as the job was complete we got the siding warranty paperwork, change order, and final invoice. Overall, a painless process. Quoted $24K for the siding, $9K for windows, $6K for paint. Final invoice was approximately $4K higher with the change order for framing work and other surprise labor (work exposed when siding was removed).

DOM just shingled our house on Fox Island. They work fast. They're easy to get along with. They have great attitudes. They do what they say they're going to do, and they do excellent work.

We used Dom Construction to do the siding on our house as well as replace all of our windows. Kenneth was very responsive and provided a clear, detailed and fair estimate for the work. The crew that came were thorough, hard workers and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The painters did a great job and everyone was quick, responsive and professional. We highly recommend them!

We had DOM construction re-side our house. We received quotes from a number of contractors and DOM was the most reasonable as well as the most professional. Steve from DOM showed us a number of products and we settled on high end vinyl siding (multicolored and textured). We were initially hesitant, given how popular Hardie board is in the Pacific northwest, but once we saw the product we couldn't be happier. It was definitely the right decision at a fraction of the price of Hardie. Yi (one of Steve's guys) did meticulous, high quality work. He fixed a large number of issues that were discovered during the re-siding process of the house (no additional cost). They also repaired a rotten beam in front of the house, spending many hours beyond the estimate (at no additional cost). We are extremely happy with the results of the work.

DOM Construction has sided two homes for me; one cedar 10+ years ago and one hardie completed recently. I received 3 bids for the recent project and DOM was by far the most competitive. Workmanship continues to be topnotch, work schedule kept, on-site crew professional from start to clean up. Would highly recommend DOM Construction.

Dom Construction installed a combination of Hardie plank and shingle siding on our home. They worked quickly and did an excellent job. Good, clear communication. Highly recommend for residential siding.

Worked with Dom Construction to fix a cedar siding issue. Was able to work to get a reasonable estimate quickly, then had to add work due to some other issues and had tremendous follow up. The whole project was completed and cleaned up quickly, the final product looks great. Appreciated the quick turnaround and high quality.

This was a two story residential siding tear-off with Hardie Plank replacement and subsequent painting. DOM Construction, Inc. came through with a fair market cost estimate and was a pleasure to work with in all aspects. The tear-off and replacement team got the job done in two weeks followed by four days for the painters, also set up through DOM, after a week for caulk to cure.

We're now getting raves from neighbors and those we don't know that walk by regarding how nice the house looks with the new and different style trim work and scallop accents. The painters did a fantastic job with three paint colors to show off the trim work. Couldn't be happier with the project.
