Chris is amazing with communication and is prompt with updates. We hired Dolphin Construction for our roof and the roof looks amazing! The clean up was impeccable! Couldn't even tell they was there. My dad who was home said atleast 4 guys went around the house with a magnet looking for nails. Great service all the way around!! Good people too!

It's only the beginning of a larger project, but Chris and the crew have done a fantastic job on the stairs for my deck. He was the only one, out of many companies, that sent a proposal that a person could actually read.

One company simply put "fix stairs" and attached a price. Dolphin Construction was different. Not only was the quote detailed, but Chris also gave me options to fit a budget, improve quality, and/or make the stairs more ornate.

Once I selected my option a date was set and communication was timely and clear. The project was finished in a timely manner with great care and attention to detail. (Down to the quality of the screws!) Chris and the guys who worked on the project were very responsive to suggestions and were very open to my input. They also made sure to ask questions if needed to make sure I got exactly what I wanted....

I feel like I got way more than what I paid for and will be using them for all of my projects going forward. Not only that, but I feel like I made a few new great friends in the process. Great business and work ethics? Check. Fantastic Communication? Check. Friendly and fast Service? Check They check all the boxes.

I would give them 10 stars if I could, they are just that good.

Amazing roofing and construction company. Prices are comparable but the work is superior to any other we’ve hired. Dolphin and Chris Martin will be the only ones we hire in the future!

Our lower kitchen cabinets were destroyed due to a pipe breaking and flooding. Other companies wouldn't take the job without replacing the entire kitchen including granite countertop. Dolphin crew replaced the lower cabinets without breaking or having to remove/replace our granite countertop. Paint matched to upper cabinets perfectly. Totally exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend this company.

After having a few people come and look/"fix" my problems with my house they left it worse for the ware, left without finishing work etc. After having Dolphin construction come out, I won't want anyone else! Dolphin Construction gave me a new roof after a terrible hailstorm. They dealt with the insurance company, and Chris made sure every step was explained. Five years in, and my roof still looks amazing with no issues. I highly recommend Dolphin Construction & Remodeling. I will use them later this year for an interior remodel of my home. They provide excellent customer service, are friendly, and are fair.

I had Chris build my walls around my stair case and they turned out great he was very professional and easy to work with .

I met with Chris and he was extremely helpful in getting me setup for a remodel on a home I am looking into. They have lots of new technology to help you build and customize your home exactly how you want it. This was a pain-free process with very helpful and friendly contractors. Good Christian business that is next level. We had some shingles that lifted on the north side of our house during a winter wind storm. When that happened snow was able to get under them and the heat from the roof melted the snow and ice and we then had water damage on the ceilings in our master bedroom, bathroom, and out into our dining room. This left yellowish brown water stains. Did some research and called Chris out to take a look. Chris was out the next day and got up on the roof and climbed up into our attic to evaluate the issues. within the week he had a new roof on our home, seamless guttering, and a new roof on the shed. About 2 weeks later he had a team inside removing all the old sheatrock and replacing it. Removed all the popcorn ceilings and had knockdown applied and painted. Job looked amazing. I have refered Chris to 3 others and he sticks to his referal fee payouts. When we change the roof on our new country home to metal i already have him signed up for the job. When you know a great company you dont need to call around.

Felt so stressed when my roof started leaking randomly around my house with this negative weather temp. Few Roofing Companies came but only Chris had the most detailed cause of the issue (with pictures and videos) and honest resolution. Communication between Chris were prompt, he is very knowledgeable! I am impressed and grateful I found them!

We had a leak in the kitchen. Chris got out right away, crawled up in the attic and found the source. Problem was wood rot around chimney. Chris was very professional and knowledgeable. Was out about a week later to fix problem on a Saturday. Roof needs replacing, so don't know yet whether all problems solved, but have confidence Chris and team can respond appropriately.

We recently had Dolphin Construction replace the windows in our church basement along with rebuilding the old and weathered frame around each. Chris was easy to work during the whole project. We had some questions about the best way to fix the frame and make it look good. He was willing to listen to our concerns and with his input, we were able to come up with a great solution. He does quality work, and we were extremely pleased with the end result!! We would definitely recommend him!!

This guy is great! I had him come out after I bought the house to check on the roof he did for the prior owners and he even tried to fix my fence gate that was getting stuck opening and shutting. Very kind and informative!

Great family company. I never felt pressured by Mr Chris. He listened to all my concerns and answered all my questions. He did a great job. He definitely knows what he's doing. Mr Chris was at my house from start to finish. If he wasn't explaining to me what his crew was doing he was on the roof helping them. From day one of meeting Chris, he was on his A game. He is extremely professional and knows what he's doing. He treated me like family and I felt like he was installing my room like he would be doing his own. Not only was he there throughout the whole process to oversee it, he made sure the clean up was done to his standards. He told me there might be some nails that fall out through my downspouts due to rain (which is to be expected with something new being installed) but I could call him and he would be out to make sure they got picked up. I would also like to mention his crew was very professional and fast. I honestly couldn't find any debris left over. This was the first time I've had to have my roof redone and it was honestly a bit daunting until Chris walked me through the process. Chris Martin of Dolphin roofing just had his team of guys replace our roof this past week. We would like to thank him for all the work that went into the preparation for this job. Chris spent more than he needed to of his time making sure we understood the whole insurance process, color choices, quality differences in materials that company's use and just talking about life in general. Top notch company we are happy with how the roof turned out! His team come out and removed 3 layers of old shingles, installed plywood decking over the whole roof, installed synthetic Underlayment and finally shingles. started around 7:30 am, done by 5:30 pm and they did an excellent (over the top) clean-up afterward.

I spoke with Chris a few days ago about a roofing issue I had that is turning into a legal battle with a different contractor. I had called inquiring about the proper steps it took for specific roofing needs. He took the time to talk me through everything, roofing steps, pricing etc. He gave me more information then any other contractors I'd contacted and even some lawyers. His knowledge is beyond extensive, he is super honest, patient, understanding, and empathetic. It was a pleasure speaking with him. His company will be the only one I use in the future.
