I've been using Dogwatch for maybe ten years and at two homes and have never failed to get prompt, satisfactory an quality service.
I doubt seriously that anyone in their service are could do better.

Dog Watch of Ky is the absolute best! Top notch people. So nice and professional. They were out here quick and done great work! Best decision I ever made for my doggies. Gives them and me freedom! I love this wireless fence and highly recommend this company.

Beat of the best is all i can say! I had my fence installed over three years ago now and it has worked perfectly. They have helped me with replacement collars at no cost from damage they helped do the initial training with my pups after the install. They came out and fixed break in the line at a super reasonable price and extremely fast. I just can not say enough good things about this company.

Only took about 2 weeks to train my dogs and now they can run freely and never leave the yard.

Just a follow up I have had 2 different fence breaks thanks to the internet company putting in fiber and within a day they were out to repair. This last time I called in the morning and since they were I. The area they came out same day. Great service. Thank you.

They were amazing! Very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Showed my kids and I how to train the dog and they laid down the fence in no time. Showed me how to troubleshoot should something go wrong. I recommend them to everyone who wants to go without an actual fence but wants their furbabies to stay where they are safe.

Just installed a new system at our new house after using their equipment for approximately 15 years. We used it with with multiple dogs and multiple breeds. Works great, extremely low maintenace. Highly recommend it.

This is our 2nd wireless fence from Dogwatch. We moved to a new house and had them system installed, then we recently added another pet, we had them come out and train our second dog.
They’re responsive and always helpful.

Jacob and Mark came today and installed the dog watch system. They were here for two hours and had the installation complete and basic training for my german shepherd complete as well. Before they left my dog already had a healthy respect for the boundary. These two guys were the absolute best at what they do. They answered any questions I had and took the time needed to properly introduce the dog and myself to the fence. If you are in the market for an underground pet fence I highly recommend this company. The only reason I gave 5 stars is because I couldn’t give more. Thanks for everything guys!

Dog Watch is an excellent business!!! Always quick to respond and excellent customer service. They came out to repair a breach in our DogWatch fence. We had no idea where the breach was, but they found and repaired it in no time. They were quick to call me back after leaving a message. Very professional and quick.

Very Professional company. They show up on time flawless installation and they always clean up after themselves. I have used them multiple times and have recommended them to all my friends when some asks about electric fencing.

Just to start off, the first thing I would like to say is how much I appreciate the professionalism and being “on time” for my dog fence install. That is so important to me and says a lot about the business.
The fence installation went as can be expected and was completed faster then I would have thought.
Josh walked me through how the system works and made sure I understood.
They did the initial training for JC our Soft Coated Wheaten Terrier and showed me how to continue the training.
JC is doing really well with the fence and steers clear of the four foot flag border, he probably gives it 8 to 10 feet.:). We have just removed every other flag and will soon remove them all. It’s pretty amazing how quickly JC picked up on the training.
I was also very pleased with how the equipment was installed in my garage, looks very neat and professionally done.
I would not have any issues recommending them to family or friends.

Josh and Brittany run a very professional business. Brittany did not try to upsale me when I was trying to figure out what I wanted to purchase. She was very patient with me when I was asking a lot of questions. The guys who came out to install the fence were very friendly and professional. I highly recommend doing business with John and Brittany.

Dog Watch gives me a sense of security with my two very active and rambunctious German shepherds. I don’t worry about them leaving the yard. They know exactly where the boundary is and they don’t cross it, not even for brave rabbits that venture into the yard. I have recommended them to friends and know they are very thankful for the peace of mind as well.

We had Dog Watch to come out yesterday and check our old Dog Guard system. We had been told by Dog Guard that our wire would have to be replaced completely because it had many breaks. I just did not believe that story. The main reason I didn’t believe the story was that DG installer and I didn’t hit it off from the beginning. He was going to charge us $650.00 to replace the wire. Well I didn’t need new wire. I only had 2 breaks I think it was.
If you need a dog system please take it from me go with the Dog Watch system. Jacob and Mark are the very best. So nice, on time,polite and very knowledgeable of what they are doing. They came in and got the job done. Thanks guys. Great work.

This has turned out to be a great investment.
Dogwatch came out and was very professional from beginning to end. The dogs can now run the yard as long as they want. It has been great being able to watch them run around and enjoy the outside.

Jacob and his crew were very professional and took the time to thoroughly explained the fence training process. Their office staff has been a great resource for other dog training tools available through DogWatch.

We love Dog Watch of Central Kentucky. Fences are a problem in my neighborhood. I was not sure if the underground fence would work because I have such a large dog. Josh installed our fence in 2018 and once trained, which was pretty simple, she has never left the yard. If you are considering an underground fence then Call them today!

We live next to a pond and didn't want to interrupt the view with a fence. we have a small dog, a westie and wanted to make sure we could let her out and roam without running off. Dogwatch came out and installed the hidden fence. Biscuit took to it after a couple initial testings of the boundaries, we liked the system so much we had them come back and for a small fee extend the boundaries in the back yard to give Biscuit more play room, which she now loves--the only flags we have up are of the new boundary--she knew where the old boundary was and it took her a couple of days testing to see if the old boundary was still live--once she realized it wasn't the exploring was on--both us and Biscuit love the DogWatch Hidden Fence. Other dogs can walk right by without the fear of Biscuit running into the street.

Excellent service, excellent product. Recently called for help training 3 new dogs and it only took one session. Now all 4 of our dogs can be outside safely without supervision.

So very relieved we did this. We have 2 puppies that started really wanting to discover and we're extremely curious and my anxiety was through the roof until we got this fence now I can focus on knowing our dogs are safe ❤️

I love our "hidden" fence for our dogs. We have a fenced in yard, but I needed something to keep our two big dogs OUT of my shrubbery and flower beds. It's been totally satisfactory!

We have had a DogWatch Hidden fence for 5 years it keeps our Bluetick Coonhound and Foxhound inside the fence. When we moved to Kentucky we brought our collars with us and had DogWatch of Central Kentucky install the new fence. They did a remarkable job ! All exposed wires are in conduit and the PROFESSIONAL transmitter command center is neatly installed. DogWatch of Central Kentucky installed our system about a year ago. One of our collars had an issue, I found batteries for the collars in the command center and replaced them to see if that would help. It did not but after a call to DogWatch they are sending a replacement along with 2 spare batteries that I purchased to put back in the command center.
I would highly recommend DogWatch and especially recommend DogWatch fo Central Kentucky to anyone looking for an underground God fence
