I have had this house pressure washed 2 times before hiring Mr Dodson. I was satisfied with the results but the price was outrageous. After finding Mr Dodson online I decided to inquire about his service. The quoted price was far less than the previous 2 washes. I was a bit skeptical but I hired him. The job he did was better than the last 2 washes. He is prompt and professional. I don't think that you will find a better deal for the money.

Very professional and fast. My gutters were blocked from twigs and leaves causing damage to my garden beds. Dobson came out, cleaned out my gutters and downspouts and provided before and after pictures.

Let's just summarize this entire review for smart brevity purposes - I could not be happier with the work from Dodson's Pressure Washing.

Pricing was incredibly fair, out of 4 local companies, he was the cheapest!

Jerris was incredibly personable, showing empathy for the client, how he can help, overall taking a personal interest in the project and how he can improve the look/etc. to the home.

Work was fantastic, completed timely and the results really speak for themselves getting the property ready for sale. Highly recommend!

I had Jerri’s out to my house today to clean my gutters and power wash the house..He did a great job..He was very meticulous while power washing and made the old siding look almost new.. His pricing was very reasonable and I highly recommend him.

Jerris was great! He was able to accommodate my request for a same day appointment and even arrived early. One of the downspouts was clogged so I wanted to make sure it was cleaned out before the next rain.
