DNA Roofing & Construction

I have had two jobs done by this company in the last year. The first membrane roof went well although I received no warranty or statement. The second job was not done according to the verbal estimate, although they did come back and fix it. I am still waiting for paperwork for both jobs for my records. This was a major expense for me. I don’t recommend the “tin roof maintenance package” which must be a money-maker for them.

Just completed a replacement roof on my house on the northeast heights of Albuquerque. I received a quote from both DNA and another vendor and DNA was several thousand dollars lower for the same description of work. The work included a TPO roof, replacement of skylights and trim repair. I worked with Anthony and found that DNA roofing was punctual dependable and commutative. I am satisfied with the job they did! DNA, worked with the insurance adjustor and explained process of the roof replacement with me. The employees are respectful, responsible, excellent work. DNA came and did a thorough review on the completed roof. The insurance company said they didn't receive pictures of roof from my insurance agent twice. I called DNA and both times they sent them pictures. I'm a elderly women, I highly recommend them they're honest and do a excellent job.

Had roof done ~ 6 wks. ago. Crew was on time, roof looks great, price reasonable, but a bit dissapointed with one issue. I did not realize the fascia was not included, so tried to get an estimate on this to get it done, but to no avail. I've tried multiple times, but the response is far & few. Possibly, they are not interested in doing the estimate/work, but I feel that it is being ignored. Had it been offered in the estimate or had I known it wasn't included; I would have had it done. Just something to think about if you are getting a roof replaced!

I had an amazing experience with DNA Roofing & Construction. Unfortunately the claim for a new roof was denied by the insurance. I called DNA for a quote. I mostly worked with Nick. He was very knowledgeable, easy to understand, and very honest. He recommended a roof replacement because a repair would continue to give us problems. The price was much lower than other companies. Once I was ready, DNA Roofing & Construction was able to get me scheduled within a week. I absolutely love my new roof. Nick communicated with me during the entire process and checked in several times to see if I had any questions. I was at home during the replacement so I saw how much of a mess the replacement is. The crew did an amazing job cleaning up after they were finished. The customer service was exceptional! I will be calling DNA Roofing & Construction for any future roofing needs and will be recommending them to my friends and family. DNA did an amazing job on the roofs at Roberts Truck Center. Said they would have it done in three days and did. Price came in at what was quoted.

Called DNA roofing to install a new roof on a house I was selling, #1 they answered their phone, seems a lot of contractors don't answer these days, they showed up when they said they would, they met my insurance adjuster on site so I would not need to deal with the stress of working with them. Got my roof approved and installed fast enough to get my house on the market and sold. I felt they listened and cared about my timeline! Excellent service from start to finish!

DNA roofing and construction is where it’s at. They came out gave me an estimate . Where awesome with the customer service and we’re attentive to the weather keeping me up to date on the weather and being able to work around it. Once the weather cleared up they didn’t only get the materials all set and ready to go they had the job completed in two days. Did awesome work and it looks great now my roof has a a pitch system and drains out all the canals doesn’t puddle anymore and the work ethics were amazing. I’m super happy with the job they did. Nick was absolutely amazing. They did all the work for me, worked with my insurance company and got things approved so fast and stress free. Their crew came and did everything (removal and reshingle) in ONE DAY! So impressed and it’s BEAUTIFUL. So grateful I found them.

Working with this company was an awesome experience! I was blessed to have them knock on my door as I was about to get a roof and pay cash, but instead they helped me put in the claim and my insurance covered it due to wind damage. I'd been getting up there black tarring shingles back on after winds, but didn't realize I could get it covered. They took care of taking pictures and being the liaison to my insurance company. I barely had to do anything. I love the Terra Cotta color and how they paint all the vent pipes and turbines to match. I've never seen anyone do that. They followed through on everything they said. The guys did a wonderful job with cleanup afterwards too. I HIGHLY recommend this great family-owned company.

With the recent rains, my roof was leaking at the old swamp cooler site. Had a couple of estimates and insisted on a new roof replaced. Dominic and team inspected and suggested a roof repair will do and had it done within 24 hours. Awesome team along with roof workers. Will use them when the time to replace my roof. Had a few roofers come to give an estimate on a roof leak. DNA roofers were the ONLY ones who actually tried to look for the leak. The other companies wanted me to pay them to find the leak within their estimate. Excellent service and prompt attention to the matter. Very fair price and quality work. Thank you!!! DNA was recommended to me from a friend that also had a great experience. I couldn’t be more pleased. Nick worked directly with my insurance regarding wind/hail damage repairs that were needed. The turnaround on the project was amazing as my house was going on the market in a matter of days and was able to fit me in. My roof was damaged by hail. DNA roofing came out and inspected my roof. Then they met with my insurance adjuster. They not only got me a new roof but they also got me new screens a new metal shed and my patio roof replaced. When they did the job they did it all in one day. Anthony, Nick, & Dominic were wonderful. They came out & inspected our roof quickly. Later they met with our insurance adjuster to help us with our claim. Once approved they were out to replace our roof within 3 days. Their team was hardworking, prompt, & professional. They replaced our gravel & tar roof with TPO in one day!
