We highly recommend Dave at DNA Exteriors for any roofing, siding, or exterior house work!

We had a strong wind and rain storm in May, and our bathroom fan vent was leaking water, and seeping into the ceiling, too. We had used Dave once before, and he did such a great job last time, we contacted him again, and he went above and beyond. He climbed into our attic, identified water damage and residue in the insulation, and traced the issue to a slightly warped plastic roof vent with a loose nail. He went up on the roof, resealed the vent, fixed the nails, and even secured a few other nails that were popping up—just because he noticed them and wanted to help. His thoroughness and attention to detail were amazing.

What truly stood out was how much time he spent with us. He explained everything clearly and kindly, helping us understand not just the issue at hand but also giving us insight into future roof maintenance. As new homeowners, we really appreciated how patient and knowledgeable he was.

And the service doesn’t stop there! I submitted our appointment request on their website at 8 PM, and Amanda, the office manager, responded by 9 PM that same night. She got us scheduled within a day—fast, efficient, and super friendly communication.

This team is honest, reliable, and incredibly kind. We will absolutely be using DNA Exteriors for any future exterior work. Highly, highly recommend!!

We recently had our roof replaced by DNA and are very happy with it. Several neighbors have already commented on how good it looks. Dave was easy to work with through the whole process. He was quick with responses to calls and on time with meetings that were scheduled. Overall, he followed through with exactly what he said he would. It is clear he cares about providing quality work and a pleasant experience.

Called Dave to repair a small area on my roof as a result of storm damage. He was quick to respond, promptly applied a temporary repair to prevent rain water from entering the home. Then returned as scheduled to complete the repair. Would use again.

If you need any roofing, gutters, or siding be sure to call Dave at DnA Exteriors. I am beyond impressed with the roof and fascia after hiring Dave. His expert craftsmanship is second to none. He is very customer oriented, very reasonably priced, and is an honest and great person. You won't find one better in the business. Dave is the owner of the company with his wife and a proud military veteran.

Very nice people it was amazing to see how much they cared about the job, and our satisfaction.
The crew was professional, cleaned up the area. The crew leader communicated what changes he wanted to make to have the new gutters more efficient.
Dave showed up after the job was done to inspect the house and make sure we were happy.
I could not be happier! Amazing company and great people!!

Our roof was damaged by high winds and hail this spring. We researched various roofing repair/replacement companies in the Des Moines area and had them assess the damage.tonour roof. I was immediately impressed by Dave with DNA Exteriors. He responded quickly and professionally to my call and completed a free estimate. Dave worked with our insurance company and the adjuster to inspect the damage. Dave not only presented options for materials but helped educate us on each option. DNA Exteriors completed the roof replacement on time and within estimate. All materials were cleaned up and debris was removed. Dave was involved in every step of this process and answered our questions. I highly recommend DNA Exteriors to anyone who is looking for quality roofing/siding/gutters repair/replacement.
