James and his team did a great job on our siding and roof. He was professional, very responsive, and proactive in communicating with us about our project. We would hire him for all of our contracting needs if he did work outside of siding and roofing. He worked with our insurance company and was integral in getting our whole house new siding vs just the few sides our insurance initially wanted to cover. He let us know ahead of time when weather was expected to delay our project and when the project would resume. He got our whole house done in under 5 business days altogether. His team was also very polite and courteous. I'd recommend him to anyone!

James and his crew replaced the siding and gutters on our house about two years ago and did an absolutely beautiful job. Yesterday, I noticed a downspout leaking pretty bad and since I'd just had them cleaned by my lawn service, thought was an issue with a faulty downspout and contacted James. He told me it was likely due to a clog but took the time to stop by and inspect it on a Sunday, nonetheless, and it was as he thought, due to the joint being clogged. He cleared the clog and wouldn't even take any money for it. Really professional, honorable and respectful company.

I highly recommend Pettiecord Professional Services. When I thought my house might have hail damage from last summer, I called James. He inspected it right away, and determined that it did have damage. When the insurance inspector did his inspection, James was up on the roof with him, pointing out damage in different spots. Shortly after my insurance company approved my claim, James and his crew replaced my roof. They did a great job! The roof looks great! They had to remove and replace a fascia board, and that looks great, too. By the way, James was a big help in helping me pick the color of my new roof.

A big storm came through the area. We thought we should get our roof inspected. We contacted our insurance company and they sent out an inspector. We did have roof damage so we contacted James and he took it from there. His team came one morning and by that evening we had a new roof. (Aprox 2800 sqft under roof) James made it super easy for us. You would have never even known anyone did any work at our house if you didn't see the new roof. James team left no trace of ever being on our property. Cleaned up every trace of old and new roofing materials. I highly recommend this team for any of your roofing needs. To top it off James is a super decent person.

When we experienced hail damage last year. Our neighbor had talked to James, then our insurance company had them as a preferred contractor as well. We talked to James and he inspected our home. They replaced our roof, gutters and downs, then replaced the siding. Great to work with and the entire process was simple and professional.

Had to have work done on roof and interior. They were quick in response and walked me through the entire process answering all questions that I had. The crew were polite and professional. I could not be happier with the work done and I can not recommend them enough.
