Michael was so polite and professional. I was notified when to expect him. He walked around the house prior to starting and asked if I had any specific concerns. He worked very quickly and was very conscientious of my flowers and landscaping. He did an amazing job in the windows and even offered to remove the dog nose prints on the inside glass of my front door. Before he left he asked me to inspect the house to see if he missed anything. Company was quick to respond via text messaging and scheduling was very easy. I would highly recommend.

The young man came to the door and introduced himself told me what he was going to start in the front. He asked me if we had any side that is more dirty. He was supposed to be here at 2pm but didn’t get to the house until 5:30 or 6pm . No call if if would be still coming or at least call me when he would be here. The house looks great. The only thing good was getting our money back. If you want half of your house power washed, they are your guys. When they returned for rework, the guy was unapologetic and refused to even try to make it better. Establish expectations upfront, otherwise you're going to get what you pay for.

Premier Power Wash did a great job of removing/stripping an incorrect sealer that I had applied to my driveway, which was a very challenging process, then sealing the driveway and my patio with an appropriate long-term sealer. Excellent communication from Premier and nice people.

Work was timely done. After the job was completed, we did a walk around the house while he stated what was done. There was a dent in one of the siding he pointed out, I knew it was there before. Overall it was a good job and experience.

They did a couple of rental houses for me and the workmanship was top notch at a good value Most definitely be using them again

The men that came to my mom's house were professional and kind. We left before it was finished, it looked great when we pulled into the street coming home. This company provides big-city quality with small-town customer care. They came out and did a great job on my house. After seeing how well Premier cleaned my neighbor's house, I called for a quote and made an appointment. They arrived prior to the time stated by 15 minutes which was quite impressive in itself as most contractors are always late. They then went to work and removed every screen and cleaned them along with all the tracks. Also washed the windows which turned out spotless (and I mean spotless). Prior to cleaning the windows, the house was completely cleaned and the complete job was awesome. They also walked me around the house and asked if everything was done to my satisfaction, which it was and even better than I would have imagined. They are fantastic people to work with, reliable and professional. I would highly recommend Premier to anyone who wants their house , screens and windows cleaned.

High quality work. Excellent customer service. We had Premier Power & Pressure Wash clean our fence to prep for staining and had them wash the house while they were there. Gutters and soffits are sparking white again. Highly recommend!

Premier power washed our siding and cleaned our exterior windows this afternoon. I'd like to share a few of my thoughts and observations:

1. During the quote / scheduling, I felt the process was well communicated. I understood the cost, what they were going to do, what they needed from me, and when they'd be arriving. I received text reminders periodically as the appointment got close.

2. The job was done exceptionally well. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They were very thorough and made sure the details were taken care of.

3. They did a walk through after the job to make sure it was done to our satisfaction. This is a nice customer service touch that was appreciated.

4. Other than the clean siding / windows (and clean smell), they left no trace of being here.

Very professional company. I'd highly recommend and will certainly be using them again in the near future!

I had them clean my house, deck, and patio. I think it took them longer than expected, but before they left, they did a once-over on my driveway which I didn't ask them to do. They did it just because they thought it would look better, and at no extra charge. Everything looks great, and you gotta love a service that goes above and beyond what you asked for! Another great thing is that after they're done, they'll ask you to look things over to make sure they got everything and it meets your expectations. The before and after pictures are nice, too.

We were looking for someone to power wash our siding. The dirt and other things built up on it was terrible and we even wondered if they would be able to get it out. Premier did a phenomenal job. Got every single speck of dirt out and our house seriously looked like it had new siding put on it! I would recommend this business to anyone! The price was extremely reasonable and they did not charge extra as the job took almost 2.5 times longer than it would normally have taken due to the level of dirt!

Jeff came to our house thinking it would be a quick 2 hr job. Well it was a lot worse then he thought and took him 6 hrs. (Turned out the house had probably never been cleaned. We bought it last fall and didn’t have a chance to have it cleaned before now).He talked to us about everything he was doing and what else he could possibly do. He did a great job and I would definitely recommend him. They quoted us a price and that is what they charged us even though it took a lot longer! Great company!!
