Had a great experience with DMV fix it and repairs. They were very flexible when my plans changed and I need to reschedule my projects. I had four projects done mostly minor repairs throughout the house. All projects were completed to satisfactory. Had my shower sealant stripped, treated for mold and mildew and resealed. Had my kitchen counters re-grouted. Had a floorboard in my bathroom repaired and the biggest project was, I had my back door That was rusted with peeling pain, completely stripped and repainted both inside and out. Looks like a brand new door.

Reynaldo and his team did an excellent job helping us get our Silver Spring, MD, house ready for sale, including tile, drywall and other kitchen work and fixing trim in the inside and exterior. He did it all by deadline and the quality is superb. This is our second time contracting him. I’ll do it again!

Working with DMV Fix Remodeling & Construction (Reynaldo Lopez) was a great experience. Mr. Lopez replaced our 90ft back fence. Making first contact was very easy through the company website. Within a day we were able to easily schedule a call with him to go over the project and get a preliminary quote, and then we communicated by email, text, and phone call at various times to share information. When Mr. Lopez visited to evaluate the site and provide an official estimate, he was personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. He uses JobTread and Quickbooks to make everything easy—from sending the official quote to paying invoices. Everything was clearly communicated and he was very responsive. The weather cooperated and the project was done within 4 days. We will definitely contact DMV Fix for future projects!

Reynaldo and his team provide TOP-TIER services. They fixed damaged siding and wall of our home and it looks just like new. They did their due diligence in finding the exact color siding by serial number. Reynaldo and his team also fixed our front porch overhang that had support beams that had been rotting. They replaced the support beams, ensured the awning was level, and painted the replacement beams, making it look identical to the other beams. And he did it in just an afternoon! On top of that, they kept me updated every step of the way. Reynaldo and his team are true professionals and should be highly considered for any work you may have for your home!
