DMV Exteriors was great to work with and I highly recommend them. We had them replace our roof and gutters. The work they did is top notch and at a good price as well. They worked with me through the process and I felt comfortable the whole way. I'd give them more than 5 stars if I could!

I can’t thank DMV Exteriors enough for their help after our roof was damaged in a hailstorm. They handled the inspection, explained our insurance options, and restored the roof beautifully. They took care of everything, so we didn’t have to worry about a thing.

With DMV Exteriors, at first, all seemed to go well with them exceeding the timeline initially agreed on for replacing my roof (March 2020). They offered to bring a certified electrical company to remove and reinstall existing solar panels. Electrical company did not raise to the standard set by DMV Exteriors, but Gian made sure everything was taken care and replaced the roof again in order to eliminate the damage done by the subcontractors.
DMV Exteriors waited for few storms to ensure everything was done correct and it would not leak. They certified the GAF warranty and covered the loss with the solar panels.
While not perfect experience, Gian stood behind his company, and made all efforts to deliver the brand new roof as contracted for. I would recommend DMV Exteriors and will consider them for my other properties.

DMV staff was incredible! They responded to my inquiries and assisted in guiding me through the insurance claim process, giving me advice and setting expectations all along the way. They explained why the roof required repair and how the process would work - in terms of estimates, claims and timelines to completion.

The roofing team was persistent and efficient - completing much of the work in a single day.

I would not hesitate to call and refer any resident in the DC / Baltimore area to them for fantastic work done

We are very happy with a roof and gutter replacement done by DMV. Andrew Crawford is extremely knowledgeable about what we needed done and the insurance process. He walked us through every aspect of what needed to be done and was accessible and responsive and always returned calls or texts within minutes. Both the roofing and gutter crews were excellent and did beautiful work. They were, friendly and mindful of our property. Francesca was very helpful with scheduling, follow up, and ensuring we were happy with the work. I highly recommend DMV!

Contracted DMV Exteriors for a quick shingles repair, they were responsive and fast.

I had tried to get the shingles repair done with two other companies who were leaving me hanging, but once I reached out to DMV Exteriors, Gian was helpful, knowledgeable and professional.

Excellent customer service!! Our new roof is beautiful and it was literally the easiest home improvement we have done thus far on our home. Gianfranco was on site and even sent me pictures and updates on my phone as the roof was being done!! I wish every business had this kind of customer service!

I couldn't be happier for choosing DMV. Matt, Maury, and Gian were incredible to work with through the process. Not only did they beat three other quotes I had gotten they offered a 50 yr lifetime warranty which none of their competitors had offered. A team of workers arrived at 10AM and boy did they hustle. They had my old roof torn off within an hour. I had to leave for an appointment at 1:30PM while they were working away and by the time I got back there was absolutely no sign they had ever been there other than a gorgeous new roof. I honestly couldn't believe it. I think my house is cleaner now than before they started! I couldn't be more pleased with the customer service, price, timeliness, and quality of the work. I will definitely be using and referring DMV for jobs in the future.

We worked with DMV Exteriors on a couple projects, including a roof installation. The team worked efficiently, completed the work to a high standard, and left the site spotless. With every project, Gian (owner) went above and beyond the call of duty for us. During one project, we were doing a DIY remodel in the basement that generated a lot of bulk trash (drywall, bathroom fixtures, etc.). Gian volunteered to take all of it off site when his team picks up the bulk trash from the project they were doing (this would double the load). He was even willing to make an extra trip to the house to pick up our trash load just to keep his promise to us. Gian’s integrity and dedication to customer service is hard to find these days. I cannot recommend DMV Exteriors enough.

DMV Exteriors was great to work with replacing our roof immediately after we closed on our new house. Consultation and scheduling were easy. Fast and high quality work at a very competitive price. You won’t have to worry with this company. We plan to use them for our gutter guards too!

DMV Exteriors did more than just siding for my project. They did windows and doors, gutters, shutters, AND siding. I cannot say enough good things about the work they performed. From the initial contact through to the final walkthrough, Gianfranco and his guys were amazing! I loved the fact that I got to know all the guys that did the work because there was NO subcontracting! Their attention to detail was without compare. I had my roof done a few years back through a different company and I wish that I had found DMV Exteriors first. DMV Exteriors is FABULOUS!

The team at DMV did a great job with replacing my roof and siding. They were attentive to our needs. The level of professionalism and quality of work was impressive. I had some bad experiences with contractors, luckily this was NOT one of them.
