Over promised and under delivered.
The entire neighborhood has completed roofs and ours is still incomplete.
They are trying to charge over $500 in additional work that was not quoted correctly.
Now my insurance will not adjust the amount of coverage.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. FIND A LOCAL TRUST WORTHY COMPANY!

We used D & M to replace a large old TPO roof and wrap multiple chimneys that had been leaking and causing severe issues. They worked quickly and professionally and did an amazing job.I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Over promised and under delivered. A major storm caused damage to the entire neighborhood and they were the first to talk to us promising amazing service. They wanted to be the first in the neighborhood to show that they take quick action. I had no problem with this and understand how marketing/advertising works. The problem is that here I am 3 months later and the entire neighborhood has completed roofs and ours is still incomplete. This is not because of insurance. It's because of D&M Roofing failing on many levels. We have roof tiles that are popped up, still waiting on trim repairs, they had to install new gutters because they damaged the old ones and we have ice melt wires that have been hanging from our roof for a month now because they have yet to reinstall them. I've spent enough time and won't carry on with the issues and complaints but if I could do it over, I'd never choose this company!

In the spring of 2020 there was a bad hail storm that damaged my roofing and siding. Before I had a chance to reach out for repairs, a D&M representative knocked on my door. They look at my home, assessed the damage, and notified me I had enough damage to file an insurance claim. Being the first time I've had to replace a roof or siding I was somewhat hesitant. But from there D&M did all the work. They filed the claim and worked with my insurance to ensure all costs were covered except my deductible. I now have a beautiful new roof and siding. Thanks D&M!!!

Had the roof inspected for hail/wind damage. Ended up needing a new roof and very glad we went with these guys. Everything was done as they stated. New roof looks great and everything was done in a very timely matter. Couldn’t have asked for better. Would highly recommend!!

Yes the company was fast to fix the roof. I was provided a DocuSign invoice and 1 month later found out they are trying to charge over $500 in additional work that was not quoted correctly. I had an overall good experience with this company. They came out to inspect our roof and they found hail damage. Andy worked with me and our insurance adjuster and make the whole process simple. The work was good as well as the clean up of the old roof. I would recommend D&M Roofing & Siding.
