Troy is a great communicator. We used D&M to install a new roof, gutters, and other projects. It was easy to request estimates and use their online website to keep track of projects. Honest, transparent, and fair prices!

We have used D&M a few times over the years. Have always been happy with their work, attitude, and punctuality. Good people.

This company have worked on my home twice, they are clean, reliable and do exactly what I expected them to do. I would not have anyone else work on my home but them.

We delayed a major overhaul of our 37 year old deck simply because we didn't know who to trust to do the work. Luckily, we discovered D&M (who has taken care of our roof for 35 years) was also in the deck repair business.

D&M once again distinguished themselves installing our new roof project which included house, garage, porch and garden shed. Working with Troy was again a pleasure starting back to 2001 Projects. He was very responsive in estimating and executing this roofing project. The installation crew was very professional and always showed up on time (often early). Their workmanship was excellent on the roofs and their careful protection of our shrubs and final cleanup was outstanding. This was consistent with previous projects done by D&M including new siding, windows and new deck. Highly recommend D&M.

Troy and D&M as a whole have been wonderful to work with. I recently purchased my first home, and was overwhelmed by the idea of having to replace my roof. They came out to do an estimate, and were easy to communicate with and efficient in getting work done. I later needed more work, and they responded quickly and came out to my house in a very timely manner and fixed everything I needed. My parents have been customers for years, but I was very pleased with my first experience with them myself. They also sent before and after pictures after work had been completed, which was helpful since I couldn't see up on the roof myself, and I was very pleased. I'd highly recommend the company!

We had some hail damage that caused some roofing, chimney and internal dry wall issues. Most companies that bid only offered to a do portions of the work. D&M was one of the few that said they'd do it all. Troy came out and was very informative, explained everything and we chose them.

They day they started was crazy windy but they had a large crew. Troy went back and forth between our home and other jobs but was never gone long. Everyone was working hard and polite. We had to remind them to do a little extra cleanup caused by the wind, which they did immediately but the interior, roof and chimney cap all look great.

They weren't the cheapest but Tory and Leilani were the most professional from start to finish. The crews were good too.

I recommend them.

Troy and the entire team is amazing. They were responsive, courteous, and by far the most professional contractors we have ever worked with. They handled every little detail with professionalism, were patient with our needs, and clearly explained everything to us. We plan to have another round of work done one about a year and will certainly be calling D and M.

Troy Bardwell and company perform excellent service. I have had them do pressure-spraying of vinyl siding (see attached image), deck cleaning and treatment, roofing repair and gutter cleaning.

While most of the work was done in a very professional manner, there was some difficulty in specific requests be conveyed and executed appropriately. Some aggravation was felt.

These issues notwithstanding, I nevertheless recommend them highly.
