I can't say enough good things about this company and thier service! I had an issue with a leak in my roof and the company that installed it had gone out of business. Dan was out the very next day and got my roof taken care of two days later before the next rain. They showed me pictures of what the previous company said they did, but didn't do as well. DLV Roofing is exceptional for quality and services. They are now my go-to Roofing company for all my properties.
My experience with Dan and DLV Roofing was outstanding and I cannot say enough positive things about them. Dan came out right away, inspected the roof, took pictures and provided several options with quotes (from repair to full replacement). He probably spent close to 2 hours working with us at no charge. The best part is he is professional, knowledgeable, a nice guy and there was absolutely NO pressure. After dealing with HVAC and plumbing contractors recently who tried to haggle/negotiate with high pressure sales tactics, I really appreciated Dan's approach. Based on his recommendations and our budget, we opted for the repair option. DLV Roofing's work was outstanding and they even went above and beyond-performing extra work that wasn't included in the quote at no extra charge. In this day and age, where some contractors don't actually perform the work that was quoted (or it is subpar), it is refreshing to have someone go above and beyond for the customer. We hope to get a few more years out of our roof, but when it comes time to replace, we will only be using Dan and his team at DLV.
Dan Field and his team did a great job on my siding repair! Like so many, I had damage from a recent storm. It was so challenging to find someone to come out and look at it. Not only was Dan responsive, he was friendly and followed up! We discussed how a repair may look over time and in the end, we did new siding in that whole side of my home. DLV Roofing did an amazing job! Highly recommend! I’m so happy with the work they did!
