Kyle Risher came and did an inspection on my new house that I bought in Feb. Although the roof was good and I didn't need anything, Kyle was honest and I could see the company had great values! Would recommend 10/10!

I had Mr. Kyle come out and do a roof inspection for my parents. He was very informative and was honest.

Help! My roof is leaking! DVL to rescue! Had prompt service and Nathan Ramirez comes to survey the situation. Very promptly, the DVL crew came to my house and sealed all leaks snd potential weak areas that may leak in the future. The next day, Nathan comes to inspect their work and report to me with pictures and explanations of the work done. I am totally impressed with DVL’s approach to roofing problems and I appreciate Nathan’s excellent review on my DVL’s roofing improvements. A+++

Spectacular work by this fine company! Got a quote that beat all the competition and they were extremely fast, honest and efficient. If you’re in the Lowcountry you have to use this company. They’ve been around for a long time and there’s good reason. My gutters look excellent! Use them ASAP!

I needed some molding replaced on my roof line, they came out did the job quickly, cleaned up and it looks great. Sales manager Paul was easy to work with and kept me informed about the progress and offered several options for the repair.

Starting with John Burley the experience was awesome. He talked me through several options and truly cared what was best for me. Tim was the roof boss and the work was done quickly and professionally. They took care of all permits and the clean up was superb. I couldn’t tell they were there except for the beautiful new roof. You can’t go wrong with these guys.

I went with DLV based on the reviews but am regretting my choice. John from DLV came out very promptly after filling in DLV's contact form on their website. He seemed thorough during his inspections and gave a quick and reasonable estimate, to which I accepted electronically within a day. I was impressed with DLV up until that point.

However, after accepting that estimate, it was crickets from DLV for over a week. I called the office and was told that they would send out an invoice that I would need to pay in full before they would even schedule me. I said that I wouldn't be comfortable paying in full since I had never worked with DLV before (and their lack of communication so far). They then said that they could accommodate 50% upfront, but that I would still need to pay it before getting on their schedule. I reluctantly agreed and was promised that the invoice would come.

A week later, I still hadn't gotten an invoice and I still don't know when my roof repairs will get scheduled. Who knows how good of roofers they are but their back office is a mess.

Edit 1: After this review a manager at DLV called and immediately scheduled me. Updating my review from 1>2 stars and will further update based on the quality of the final work.

Edit 2: The work is fully done but they completely missed part of the work that was quoted. It was quickly resolved after I pointed it out, but this was definitely something they should have done right the first time around. Updating my review to 3 stars, as the work was done at a fair price.

I have been working with JD and his crew for years- He and his team have incredible roofing knowledge and the customer service is outstanding! SOLID ALL AROUND!

I used DLV for my roof replacement and couldn't be happier. Jason Davey walked me through the entire process from start to finish, and the crew was outstanding and hardworking.

We reached out to DLV Roofing to take a look at our roof due to a leak we discovered in our attic. We heard back immediately and were able to schedule them to come out within just a few days. Our roof was repaired day of and because we just needed a very minor repair it was free of charge! We had an additional company out the week before that quoted us $700. Will absolutely be using DVL roofing moving forward and recommending them to everyone we know!

Ryan and the team at DLV go above and beyond to satisfy the customer and provide peace of mind. 6 years after installing our roof, we developed a leak around one of our skylights. I called Ryan and they came out the very next day with a crew. They removed all the shingles around the quad skylights, laid down new underpayment, reflashed and resealed the whole assembly. When they were finished, they cleaned up like they had never even been there. TOP NOTCH!

DLV Roofing was awesome! Requested a quote online and they called and came by the very next day! They were quick, responsive and professional! They will definitely be our roof crew now! :)

Ryan and his team were outstanding! I had a complicated roof situation with both slate tiles and architectural shingles but all are repaired now. I've talked to over a dozen roofers and DLV is the best!

It took a while to get the work done - we waited several weeks - but the work was excellent. We had copper eyebrows installed over two windows and a door. The crew used “old school” techniques and the results are exceptional. I highly recommend their work.

Scheduled my roof install in under a week. Great communication all the way through the process. Dallas Gorgi was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. During the walk through after installation he even climbed on the roof in order to trim back some branches using my pole saw. DLV replaced my old roof which was leaking and in sad shape. They replaced decking and flashing in addition to the new shingles. The price was fair and the work was excellent.

We had a leaking back porch on the new house we just purchased.
We were referred to Rob at DVL from our neighbor. They presented a reasonable estimate. On the decided start date a dumpster, three trucks, two managers and a team of four workers swinging hammers led by Everardo, stood atop our broken porch. Three hours later the managers were gone and two of the trucks. Everardo and his team fixed all the leaks and replaced all the damaged areas. My father built a room on the back of the house 30 years ago and I noticed water intrusion when Bertha blew through. I reached out to three different roofing companies and received estimates for repairs. Of the three reps who came out to look at the porch roof, Rob from DLV was the only one to make careful measurements of the two skylights that are in the porch roof. DLV did not provide the cheapest estimate, but I chose them because I thought they would provide the best work and the best value. Boy, am I glad I did. In two days I had a new roof and the porch is now water tight. I was up on the roof sometimes during the work watching Ilio and his crew install the new roof. Seams were heated properly and rolled and bonded. New flashing around the chimney was installed 1" into the brick. Double layers of TPO were installed where seams met. These guys were extremely thorough in doing everything they could to waterproof my roof. The team exceeded my expectations when they built two boxes which they installed below my skylights which caused me to not have to make any cosmetic improvements to the skylight boxes. I am pretty handy myself; I was very pleased with the level of craftsmanship and professionalism of Ilio and his crew from DLV. If I have future roofing needs, I know I will be going back to Rob and DLV.

I am really impressed with this company. I only needed a small item, a very small job. One roofing company was a no show, another one on Clements Ferry Road never called me back or emailed me back. DLV roofing called me back the same day, was very communicative. They performed the job quickly and easily with no hand holding. Even paying the bill was easy. The person that completed the work texted me a photo of the job upon completion. I wish other contractors around town were this easy to work with, I can barely get others to show up or even finish jobs they started. DLV is top notch.

DLV roofing recently replaced our large roof, which was 18 years old and showing signs of wear. Jon Boggs, one of the owners and extremely personable and helpful, visited our home on Seabrook Island to give an estimate. He explained various options, and we went for a Landmark Pro asphalt shingle that was heavier and presumably more durable than the one it replaced. Our new roof is guaranteed for wind speeds up to 130 mph. The warranty is transferable once if we sell our home within a 15 year period. The workmen were careful and minimized disruption of our daily lives during the 3 to 4 days it took to deliver materials and install the roof. Jon returned to check and complete cleanup after the installation process. We were very pleased with DLV roofing and would use them again. Hopefully, this roof will last at least 20 years.

Cannot say enough about the service we received from Jon Boggs, Elio and his crew, and the support staff at DLV Roofing. Timely, professional, considerate, skilled... this team of roofers did everything in its power to deliver a quality product. My daughter and I could not be happier with the results of their efforts. Jon and the DLV team did an exceptional job replacing the roofs on the church building our congregation recently purchased. We were in immediate need of a roof replacement due to the age of the existing roofs and several active leaks. Jon's proposal was thorough and we were pleased with the pricing. The DLV crews demolished the existing roofs down to the decks and worked very quickly replacing damaged decking They installed a new architectural shingle roof on one section and a new TPO single ply roof on the remaining section. Jon gave us needed advice on strategies for new flashing, coping, and color selections. Both roofs look great...and no more leaks! We will have them back later to install gutters and downspouts. These guys are the best! I can't say enough about how professional they were. From the start to the end of the process they made sure I was happy. They made sure that my yard was clean of any debris - The only way I knew they were even there was the new roof! Fantastic job guys!

A super company and workers. Attention to detail with flashings, vents, replacing underlayment shingles around 9 existing skylights. The team was very careful covering plants and decks and doing a super clean-up job including picking up roofing nails with magnetic sweepers. Roof shingling looks fantastic.

Jon spent a lot of time with us at the recent home show and discussed the types of shingles, warranty and how they replace the roofing material and flashing. He came out and gave us a quote which was the best of three quotes. The roof looks great. We did have them come back out and address some siding issues. They took care of the siding the quickly. Had the team at DLV Roofing replace our roof when we moved into our house 4.5 years ago. They were fantastic then and are even more fantastic today. Discovered that we had a small problem with some flashing that had caused rainwater to run onto the siding of the house a few years later, which caused some wood rot. I called Ryan at DLV just to let him know about it so it wouldn't happen to others, not expecting or wanting him to do anything about it as it had been several years since the roof installation. I was planning on getting it fixed on my own dime. NOT ONLY DID HE FOLLOW-UP, BUT HE SENT A CREW OUT TO FIX IT AFTER 4.5 YEARS!! That is customer service that you don't find very often these days and it speaks volumes about DLV and the type of company they are.

MY EXPERIENCE WITH DLV COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DLV TO ANYONE NEEDING A ROOF!!! THEY ARE THE BEST!!

I'm sure their work is fine but customer service leaves much to be desired. To get an estimate scheduled they would only call me during business hours without warning, meaning it took almost a week to get a time where I wasn't in a meeting or something and could take the call. I took off work to meet them at the first appointment, which they cancelled with only a few hours notice. They agreed to another appointment for an estimate after business hours, which occurred and went very well (only reason this isn't 1 star). After that I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. Y'all. My roof leaks. It's raining. This is unacceptable.

Jon Boggs and his team did an amazing job on our roof in Mount Pleasant. They did what they said they were going to do, unlike many contractors and roofers out there. The roof looks amazing and the price was just right. I would recommend DLV Roofing to anyone looking to work with good quality PEOPLE that do a GREAT JOB and offer GREAT PRICING.

DLV went out of their way to help repair our existing roof before we ultimately had them put on a new one. Jon and Scott were very responsive and understanding with our attempts to repair the previous roof. The new roof made it through Hurricane Irma with no issues. I highly recommend their services.

Jan. 2021 update: since the roof installation our dormers have leaked multiple times. It's to the point that water has soaked into our interior flooring. DLV said they'd come out to inspect the issue in November but never showed up. After I called again and the issue was assessed, they said they'd try to fit us in between big jobs despite water actively getting into our house. It's been 12 days and I haven't heard back from them.

DLV Roofing went above and beyond in working with us to repair a mysterious leak on the roof of a home we owned for roughly a year before the leak appeared. They provided excellent advice, honored their commitment to resolve the issue and worked with us thru several stages to isolate and repair the issue. I am extremely pleased to report the problem appears to be fully repaired: the suspect area is bone dry after quite a few heavy rainfalls. They are professionals in every aspect and I would use them again without hesitation. Communication could have been better at times, but they are competent and proficient in every other aspect.
