We had DLR Construction redo our wrap around porch along with replacing two outside doors. They did a wonderful job! Our porch is the center piece of our home and it looks amazing now. Linn County Services ghosted us during construction of our deck and revision of our 2nd story addition. Jose and his crew were fantastic with a solution, and we have our Romeo and Juliet balcony, rear access to our new deck that meets current Iowa Code!! All phone messages were returned within 24 hours. Jose is very responsive to questions and will come to job site to help explain what any concerns are. Job was completed with professionalism and to my satisfaction. I had a question after the job was completed and paid for and he came out to talk with me. Would recommend Jose and his company and will use him again in the future

This is now the 2nd job we have had them do. They did a great job the first time so we hired them to do something completely different! They demoed our 2 car driveway to make it 3 car and then ripped out our existing patio and made a larger one as well as another patio on the other side of the house. They also created a sliding gate for us. They were also very well priced compared to the rest.

I first gave a job for roof repair to DLR. They had the best bid and did a fabulous job. That was 3 years ago and the roof is still doing great, no leaks. Last year I had them totally gut and remodel my bathroom. Again, the best bid and the best work I could have hoped for. They just finished building a deck at my front door. It took under a week, is constructed beautifully, adds so much to the look of my house, was the best bid and work I knew I could count on. Above all, after 3 jobs, I know I can trust them for quality work done in a timely manner. They are totally my go to for any work I need done.

Jose and this group of workers did such a good job today it was cold and windy and they found all the problems with the warping behind the siding. I would always use them for this kind of help.

Needed several exterior window frames replaced… from reaching out to many business for quotes, for some reason not many general contractors want do that kind of work. Jose was quick to respond, to come out for an estimate, and to have us on his schedule for repairs. Kept me updated on the process and was good about showing up on time, getting the job done efficiently and correctly, and cleaning up when his crew was done.

I'm very pleased with my driveway and sidewalk installed by DLR. They were prompt, efficient, courteous, clean, and professional. Jose provided excellent consultation on several options to improve the property (positive grade, widened approach) and went above and beyond to ensure a quality finish. My neighbors noticed the quality of work and are working with DLR on more projects in the neighborhood. These guys are good, reasonably priced, and highly recommended!
