This team has provided both interior and exterior work to include finishing our basement with rooms and recessed lighting, to thr installation of a new screen door. The DKL owner, Chase, was referred to me by a friend who had been pleased with work done by DKL. I was impressed from the start by Chase's professionalism, transparency, and spirit during our first meeting to discuss plans to replace my wood fence with white vinyl, replace rotted wood on the deck and stairs with composite material, and replace deck screens. Chase worked closely with me to purchase materials and directed third-party suppliers when the supplier's procurement and delivery problems threatened to delay construction. Chase's price estimates were quite accurate, he met and talked with me throughout the work, and the crew's work was detailed and thorough. I am so impressed with DKL and my beautiful new fence and deck (!!!!) as neighbors stop to admire and ask who did the work. I highly recommend Chase and DKL for not just the price and excellent workmanship, but for Chase's patience and professionalism while responding to my many many questions and comments throughout the project. I'm extremely pleased with the outcome!

Amazing company that we are lookimg forward to working with again. We called a few contractors for siding quotes due to a bug problem. We few came out and gave us a few quotes. Chase was the last one to come out and he asked to take a look around the house. He found the spot where the bugs were coming in and new siding would not have fixed our problem. While other companies were just looking to sell, Chase took the time to identify the real problem and ultimately saved us money as his crew patched it up. Overall they were dependable, professional, and really made it feel like a collaborative process.

DKL Exteriors replaced our exterior trim (soffits, fascia, rakes) and gutters/downspouts along with the addition of missing drip edge along the roof shingles. Chase, the owner, is an amazing person (honest, positive attitude, trustworthy, responsible, professional, pleasant, hardworking) and provided excellent customer service . He was very responsive by phone, text, and email. He visited the site several times before, during and after completion to ensure everything was going well and done to our satisfaction. Chase’s team was very professional, careful in their work, and respectful. His team was very attentive to details, protected and worked around decorative molding rather than removing it or cover it up like so many other companies wanted to do. We are happy with the results and would hire his company again. All-in-all a great experience and very fair pricing. Having dealt with contractors in the past, he is by far the best I have worked with. I highly recommend Chase and his company.

Chase and his team are phenomenal. I was able to schedule a quote with them quickly (I was having a hard time finding anyone to do the work before I was referred to D.K.L Exteriors). When Justin arrived, he was very courteous and thorough. Customer service is a big part of my buying criteria and these guys fit-the-bill perfectly. I was provided with clear options for the job I needed done. When I was ready to move forward, they had an easy click-to-accept process and they got the job done within a few business days after. Chase kept me informed every step of the way. Once the job was complete, Chase did a walk-through of the work to make sure I was satisfied. Everything looked amazing and I am so glad I went with D.K.L Exteriors. I absolutely plan on using them for other projects in the future.

Contacted Chase and the crew at DKL about an estimate for siding. They did an amazing job on that. Once we had the black trim around the windows in back, we decided to redo the trim on the front of the house. Then we added some landscaping and a new fence to the side and had them wire our new front door.

Throughout all the work we ended up doing, Chase was a great communicator. Unlike most contractors, he under-promised and over-delivered. DKL was great to work with and I’d highly recommend them for any exterior needs.

These guys are amazing! I scheduled an appointment for my roof, sidings, and bathroom remodeling work and boy let me tell you, these guys did a phenomenal job. . *EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!* After looking at numerous company’s, reviews and pricing, I decided to go with DKL Exteriors, AND GLAD I DID! Chase was very personable and provided great customer service. They did a great job on my new roof and siding for my townhome. As an added bonus I found out DKL does deck restoration as well. I was able to get my deteriorating deck redone also! All this was done at a reasonable price. Not the cheapest, but not as expensive as some of the other companies. I was very pleased with the work, as they were a one-stop-shop for everything I needed.
